Abusive fat female staff at front desk. Suspicious looking likely a few fake customers.
Bugs in verification for first time login
If your verification page is broken and you are running a healthcare service, you better get out if this business and start are hot chips shop. This is so frustrating! I need to email the xray scans to my doctor asap and here I’m sitting struggling to login to the freaking app. Can someone please fix the issue?

Buggy app
The mobile number field had +91 by default and it said unregistered user. I had to delete the +91 and login.
Basic field validation is missing for phone number.
Couldn’t logout after logging in, had to uninstall and login using other mobile number.
Lot to be fixed in the app.

Very unprofessional staff. Need to give same details so many times. Unnecessary they call and ask same thing like name / age / address. Need to improve on back office also. We are here due to Dr. Pankaj only as we trust him for more than 20 years.

Every seems excellent but age displayed with days is not good,totally annoying,just keep years without days which keeping running in seconds.

It doesn’t allow user to login..doesn’t bother to send otp or as an alternative doesn’t show forgot password option ..Its just make you stuck with no further action..

Very Poor App
It is outdated not so useful app. From last 6 don’t received any test report update or any status in the details. Doesn’t allow to update the profile. Not at all user friendly and main purpose of getting details is not fulfilled
Not user friendly
Reports appearing under 3 heads . Only one of that mentions my name . The other two are under ( object object ) . Cannot understand what that is and unable to edit that . Profile also does not show 100% complete though I have completed .
Error in height input and age calculation
You should show integer in profile age section and while selecting height

I wonder how Delhi airport is using such a disgusting app and this lab. They are just sitting at airport to extort the money. App is not showing any recent transactions, any upcoming appointment or report. They just sucking money from travellers. Bewkoof app developers and app supporters. They have not given the customer care contact or email ID. Pathetic! Not even deserve a single start.

Terrible, useless
Why does Apple allow useless apps such as these? Clearly the developer could care less, evinced by all the poor reviews. If the developer has no interest in correcting errors, why doesn’t Apple intervene and protect its customers? Just awful.

“ Something went wrong try again later”. , once I change the country to United States, and put my phone number in it gives me an error message. Never able to login, app is trash
