Took me a while to find an app that would work for me. This works so well. Clean and easy to set up and use. Could you please set up half days with the ability to add overtime. Also invoice type would be a handy option as clients often request PAYG in bold letters in the title.

Thank you very much for the kind words. I’m glad to hear you’re making good use of Crew Call! The title of an invoice can be easily changed, both for Invoice Templates and on an invoice to invoice basis. You can even use Invoice Templates so that each Job creates two invoices, one as PAYG for Labour and another as Tax Invoice for Equipment. Must Have for Film Crew
I work mostly in TVCs and this app is perfect to keep track of my hours and the gear I used. Shows me an overtime breakdown with the correct penalties, flags when I might break turnaround, etc. The invoicing features are super useful, I do all of my invoices directly in the app and can easily send them from my phone right after a job. The amount of time it saves me makes the yearly subscription well worth it.

It’s simple to use, is updated regularly and if necessary, support gets back to you promptly. You put in the details and it does the calculations for you, overtime, kms, superannuation. You then generate and send a clear, detailed invoice, that makes you look far more professional than you feel.
I cannot recommend this app enough. If paperwork and invoicing is your nightmare get Crew Call and save a tonne of time and stress.

My life just got a little simpler
I would go as far as calling it an essential tool for any freelancer in the film industry.
It’s more accurate and faster at calculating OT, NL, GST and so on compared to me and my note pad, calculator and that vague memory of last week’s shoot.
