CrewConnect for Crews

CrewConnect helps construction crews speak up, stay safer, and stay connected. Designed for construction and the skilled trades, CrewConnect gives workers a simple, anonymous way to share how work is going, report hazards, and see what action is being taken in response. Each week, workers complete a quick check-in covering safety, site conditions, workload, physical strain, respect, and overall job-site experience. The process takes only moments and is designed to make it easier for every worker to be heard. Hazards can also be reported at any time, with the option to add photos, flag urgent issues, and identify the relevant location or work area. Through the Inbox, workers can see clear employer updates showing what was heard, what is being done, and what to expect next. CrewConnect helps create a stronger feedback loop between the field and leadership, giving crews a better way to raise concerns early and giving employers a clearer path to respond.
