The app does not work, it looks beautiful but the backend is terrible. You get locked into a 2 year commitment and cannot cancel for any reason. When contacting anyone in the company they do not give clear instructions on what to fix or how, it does not connect to Yotspot, it does not say my account is verified STILL and it’s been over a year since I subscribed. And guess what, I can’t cancel! Even though the problem is on their end.. the list of more problems with this product goes on and on. I am very disappointed and now out over $300 for no reason. Cautionary tale - don’t get scammed like I did!!!

Absolute crooks, in no way is in necessary for a crew member to do there own background check. The vessel will do this themselves. In my depression for a job I signed up not knowing it’s a 24 month term. Now they are demanding I continue paying for 24 months!
Also a back ground check is completely free if you ask your local police station. The management should feel ashamed of themselves.
