Great app but needs an update
Have been using CrewTraka on and off for over 4 years now it’s defiantly integral to my systems some updates I’d hope to see in the near future is an updated iPhone / iPad app to be able to schedule and use just like the webpage and an enhanced schedule / calendar feature

Glitchy and overpriced
This app was working ok but the last few months it’s constantly crashing, docs disappearing from jobs and generally unable to upload or view docs which isn’t suitable when you’re running a business and paying a stupid amount of money a month for something that doesn’t work. No response when asking for support just useless, will definitely be taking our business elsewhere, don’t waste your money on this. Also, you can’t scroll through the docs you have to go in and out which is annoying and wastes time.

App fails to load
Not impressed sent a link and app doesn’t even load . Downloaded 10 times , updated phone nothing worked
Needs iPad support
A lot of tradesmen including us are using iPads on site would make sense to make it iPad compatible

Can’t edit or delete jobs
Won’t let you edit or delete jobs which is pretty annoying.

Good quality app
Provides everything from being able to contact the crew and make sure we’re all on track and makes work a breeze to be able to access almost everything we need electronically. Already recommended to couple other mates in the business.
Solving problems we didn’t even know we had
Worth every cent. Didn’t know how much we needed crewtracka, been a great help to both me and my crew.
Simply a great App
We run a medium size crew and use Xero for all our accounts and payroll. After looking through a range of solutions we landed on CrewTraka which has proved to be the right move. Not only is it well priced compared to others, but it saves us time and the support we got right from the start was spot on.

Won’t even let me get past the screen to send the code keeps freezing I’m on an iPhone 13 pro max and still won’t run

Getting notifications for what jobs we’re working at each.
Group chat is great for keeping us all informed on what’s happening, aswell as the individual job chats letting each person on that jobs what’s happening.
Entering day cards is so much easier with the app, no more needing to scan and email hard copies.
Everything from applying for leave, adding in expenses make life a lot easier as an employee using the app.
I’d recommend this to friends business for sure

Not working
I have tried to start the by putting mobile number to get code but its not working. Tried few different numbers.

Hi, the app is 100% working. Suggest you need to sign your business up on the website first so it knows where it needs to connect.
