Dropped calls
It was working fine a few weeks ago and now every time I make a call it would drop. What happened?!! Please fix the issues.
There’s got to be a better solution.
Because this app is rock bottom. Drops calls, doesn’t ring thru, and now, I can’t even log in due to “authentication errors”. What’s the point of it? And there’s been no updates. When it works, it’s great. But that is getting to be less and less. Very frustrating.
Terrible
Doesn’t work with AirPods, never displays who is calling me, and has the most anxiety inducing ring tone I have ever heard.
Avoid if you can
Terrible app, drops calls all the time. Doesn’t always allow incoming calls at times. I will see a missed call, but the app/phone never actually rang. Lots of static and connectivity issues. Unfortunately I have to deal with it as this is the app my company uses
Not good
So many issues with the app. Never connects, calls drop, and there hasn't been an app update in months. They need to re work this app because it's affecting my work.
Cool App
Loaded on my iPhone 3 weeks ago when our office made us start working remote. I love it because my office calls come to my app and I can even text from my office number. As an executive, I don’t want to give my personal cell phone our often so the app is great as it allows me to always appear from my office number.

Cant believe they turned this app out....
Crashes all the time. When you try to go to contacts it crashes. Wont let you see the company directory. Wont import/export. Doesnt have texting. Doesnt allow voicemail setup from app. Very disappointing. If im away from my desk, ill just use my cell line and do call forwarding from my desk. Worthless! Our old Vonage system was WAY better!!!!

Make anywhere your office...
CrexMo is great. I can call or video chat with my CrexMo team mates while I am away from my desk. As long as my internet connection is stable, the quality is awesome. I really like being able to change my call status from the app. Overall, I'm very happy. Keep up the good work.

When I click on the app it takes me back to the home screen! Ridiculous!

I got this app because when I was in highschool, my parents assumed that every time my phone buzzed,that it had to be my boyfriend and so they blocked his cell number. I'm 19 now, and I lived at home my first two years of college so I could call him on my home phone/ or via text app no problem, but I live in a dorm now, and Am pregnant/engaged. I would love to be able to call him, my parents told me they wouldn't enable that, because they don't want my fiancé "convincing" me to keep the baby rather than have her adopted by my parents(which I would never let happen, my fiance owns an apartment.) so I was hype about this app and frankly it let me down...hard.

Very disappointing
I have used the app on an iPhone 4 and was only able to use it for about a month before the app would no longer open. I even deleted the app an tried to reinstall it bit the app would crash before it would fully open.
Horrible app
Guess you have to have an account already to use this. No way to create one through app just to sign in. Avoid this app like the plague
WORST APP EVER
You can't even make an account, which TOTALY stinks. Fix that and i may rate it five stars and MAYBE get it again.
