Best iPad App
This is my most consistently used app. It’s is my favorite, and I’ve done every single puzzle in the archive. I absolutely love it.

Daft clues! Too American!
Great to use an Apple Pencil to fill in the answers but keeps saying “l” is a correct letter when it isn’t. Friday 29th May 6 down, answer is LOP but if I is put as first letter it turns green as correct.

Excellent pencil integration and quality overall
I love this app’s outstanding pencil integration, no other crossword app comes close except “Paper Sudoku” which is equally outstanding (although has more ads but is free). My only gripe is the puzzle size, smaller puzzles during the week and now larger Sat-Sun puzzles. I’m almost done working my way through every single one since finding this awesome app a few months ago. Please please please increase your puzzle sizes all week or at least make them a little harder! Lol love the app, thanks for the fun.

Potential
The ability to write with your pen is fabulous. However, $8 a month is crazy, esp when it doesn’t even save your progress? Exited out the game for a min and had to restart my puzzle. Also, you should have the ability to zoom in bc I cannot write that small. All in all, great idea but immediately deleted.

Good use of a pencil, fun crossword app
This is a pretty good app for using your pencil that isn’t drawing or notetaking. Once you subscribe, which I did, you get a wealth of historical puzzles, which is really nice because it will take quite a while to go through them all. To that end, my suggestion to the developer would be to give us a filter so that we can see the puzzles that we have yet to do of which there are many. As well as filter for puzzle size and other attributes. Endlessly scrolling through the archives is a pain in the butt. It would also be nice if this were included in the family plan so that my wife, who enjoys the free daily puzzle because she can’t justify both of us spending a not insignificant amount of money on this app, could also enjoy its full potential for this cost.

Good. Close to great.
I would love the ability to give feedback on specific puzzles. Some of the clues and conventions that it utilizes are just not good.
Categories and country selection
It would be much more enjoyable to be able to choose between different categories. Also pick between different levels (beginner expert etc. Also it would be great to have the option of choosing from which county you come from. So the crossword can reference more common knowledge of that area. Thank you so much :) great app overall, I love to be able to use my pen. Maybe more options of pens? (Crayons, market, paint)

Great app! It would be an awesome feature to be able to sort the puzzles by dimensions and/or by author.
Absolutely amazing app!
Honestly this app is a hidden gem, I don’t know how it don’t have tons of gleaming reviews. It’s perfect for a tablet, especially if you use a stylus or Apple Pencil. The crosswords are brilliant, the app words perfectly, and I know it will be a favorite of yours if you give it a try. I’ve almost completed every puzzle and it makes me so sad, I eagerly await the new one every night! Keep up the phenomenal work, you are doing amazing! Worth 10 stars!

Limited, No Pay-once option
I love the handwriting aspect, but from the samples available it appears the level of the puzzles are on the easy side. If there were a variety of difficulties AND there were a (reasonable!) pay-once price to unlock all content, I would be interested in getting this for a loved one who loves crosswords, but as it stands , no.

Puzzles short, not enough free options
I really wanted a crossword app that used handwriting recognition with Apple Pencil. This does that, but you only get ONE very short crossword each day. No option to buy packs, only an incredibly expensive subscription service. If there were any indication that they would have better puzzles I might consider it. However, it is not worth it based on puzzle quality. I can only hope another developer figures out this technology soon, because while the handwriting technology is great, the puzzles aren’t, and the subscription price is exorbitant.

Hit and miss
Love the idea and the execution, but some puzzles are very basic or the clues are very USA centric, including the spelling. Obviously it’s not a UK app so that’s to be expected, but it’s a big hold back when it’s asking about brands or tv channels. Not really worth a subscription for me.
Did Every Single Puzzle
This is my all time favorite app. I use it every single day. I have premium and finished every single puzzle in he app and do the new ones daily. I even go back and redo the older ones when I am craving more. Seriously the best app ever. It’s literally the only thing that just “does it” for me.
Added dumb subscription
I used to be able to go back and do the previous days crosswords for free. I hadn’t opened the app in a few months and when I did today I was greeted with an option to pay a subscription if I wanted to go back and do the ones I missed. This app was so much better before the update of a subscription.

I plover that it’s Apple Pencil compatible but hate that you can only do one very small puzzle a day unless you subscribe, insanely money hungry it’s annoying
Terrific App! Love using my pencil! Works Great!
This app is so nice! You can choose what style of font, color, and width you want to use to fill in the puzzle. It tells you right away if you have the right letter in the box and you can erase anytime you want. There are a lot of puzzles to work on and a new one every day. Love this app, it’s a lot of fun and I do recommend it!

I have my stylus pencil and not working it shows red but I didn’t do nothing wrong take it down
