Too many ads
I can’t even enjoy playing the game because most of the time I’m sitting there looking at ads. It used to be one my favorite games to play. But you guys decided to put more pop up ads in it, seems like every 30 seconds.

Daily puzzles
Does not recognize that I have played the daily puzzles. This has happened for the past 4 days. I do not feel like paying 25 coins to replay games that I have already played. Please fix to recognize that I have played the daily puzzles.
Help
When I’m done with each pushes it says bonus coin and to chose three boxes it freezes and won’t let me get any coins and I updated the game and everything and it’s keeps freezing so I always have to exit the game but when I go into the game it don’t show any coins

The app is very laggy since this new graphics update. I’m a little disappointed, because I’ve been playing this game for years. Also, will there ever be more categories?
Bug preventing me from completing music pack.
This game is very fun, but once I filled out the music pack and completed all the levels, the puzzle froze and won’t register as complete, even if I swipe on all the words and fill them in. If this could be fixed that would be great!
Rubbish after update
Updated this yesterday and everything has been wiped. All categories have to be completed again. I have been playing for a couple of years and it’s annoying to restart.
The game has slowed right down and takes an age to complete a section.

Paid for no ads
I’ve been playing for 5 years. Paid for no ads in 2019. Got on today and ads every minute of play. Ads at the bottom of screen. Lost all my progress. Tried to restore purchases three times. Didn’t work. Have sent an email to support but not hopeful for a fix. Guess I’ll report it to Apple.
Too many ads
I’ve played this game for years and of course have watched it grow. With that comes seeing its flaws and best moments. Unfortunately, I am unable to solve a puzzle without ads after solving every word. It is extremely frustrating. I know free games come with ads but the amount of ads in this game is astronomical. You go to press on something then boom an ad.

On this version, often when you complete one level it doesn’t allow you to move to the next one.

Paid to remove all ads, nope! They are still there! Link for support just brings up feedback screen which is also a dead end. Been playing for years but last update completely ruined this experience. Sad that they sold out!

You can’t play the game because the ads at the bottom of each puzzle are covering the letters and part of the puzzle

I’ve loved this game for a long time. I play it every day! For that reason, I am giving it four stars. But the reason I’m writing this review is because the recent update that was posted about a week ago has really made the game a lot less fun to play. It looks like the whole game was reprogrammed, but not for the better. I will try to explain why in detail, with hopes that this will be helpful and inspire some changes to make it more like the old game experience.
There used to be a satisfying rippling sound when you dragged your finger across the squares to select the next clue. Now it is silent.
The celebration sound for getting the right answer is mistimed. It happens before the sound of placing the last letter when it should happen after this. The animation for placing the last letter is still happening as the celebration sound plays. This is a very jarring experience. It used to be perfectly timed.
I don’t like the pig smiling sound happening every time you get a word. It’s too much.
The pictures are smaller than they used to be. (There’s plenty of room for them to be bigger and easier to see!)
The graphics are cut off by the notch at the top of the screen on the iPhone. They used to flow around it.
The text in the textual clues is bigger and in a different font than before. I liked the old font.
The Bonus Coins animation (the one after certain games, where you randomly get 20, 30, 40, or 50 coins) moves too fast now and doesn’t have sound for each movement. It used to start fast then slow down and build suspense before revealing the selected bonus, with sound for each movement. The previous behaviour was much more satisfying.
The “sign into Game Center” message comes up every time I launch the game. I don’t want to sign into Game Center. Please don’t show the message so often.
When solving a clue, the solution (ie the squares where you place the letters) seems to be smaller? It’s hard on the eyes.
The cascading “bonus coins” that appear sometimes while playing a game seem to occur at arbitrary times and is just confusing. It seems to happen a lot; I’ve gotten it multiple times in one puzzle, again at random times. (Thanks for the coins though!)
The photo clues take much more time to load than they did previously. When you enter into a puzzle clue, there’s a blank white placeholder frame that sometimes takes a full second to be replaced by the photo clue.
If I’m remembering correctly, the “Use Coins” button that comes up when you opt to buy a puzzle solution looks smaller than it used to be, and can be more difficult to hit than it used to be.
The daily “roll for bonus coins” doesn’t make fun noises as it selects the amount anymore. Also the “CONTINUE” button is really tiny. Far too small.
The “roll for today’s coins” doesn’t seem to be working properly. Sometimes it just doesn’t roll, instead it just shows the ad to purchase coins. When it does work, it’s always stuck on “day 1” even if it’s tapped two days in a row. I never get the Day 2, Day 3, etc behaviors.
Selecting the next word to guess isn’t as responsive as it used to be. You used to be able to select one immediately after solving a word, now it makes you wait for the animation to start and play for a moment before you can select a new word to solve.
Several places where the text size varies too much and looks distracting, where an element on the page has text either much bigger or much smaller than other elements on the page.
It looks like the latest update reset the achievements, so I’m getting free coins I don’t deserve, for things like “solve a daily puzzle” or “spend coins,” which I already got achievements for months ago
More annoyingly, the latest update seems to have locked all the puzzles I have paid to unlock in the past, and marked them as unplayed/uncompleted. I’ve paid coins to unlock about 15-20 of the puzzles, but after the latest update, all the puzzles are now locked except the five free puzzles (most of which I had completed, but are now showing 0%).
I hope that these issues can be looked at, and would love it if the next update could either roll back to the last version of the game, or at the very least if the gameplay could be improved in each of the reported points. Thank you for your attention, and thank you for producing what used to be a wonderful game. It can be wonderful again! FOUR STARS! :)

Game is rubbish since last update just constantly crashes making unplayable. Hope this gets resolved.
What the heck did you do!!??
I don’t know what happened, or what you did, but whatever it was has made it the biggest pain in the butt to play now. It does not fit the screen of my iPad anymore! Too big and the bottom ad covers the bottom row of the puzzle now. You’ve got some ‘splainin’ to do!!

Sigh
I have been playing this game for years. I even switched my account from android to iOS (thanks to fb login) but now I’m saying goodbye to it. This new update erased all of my progress, all my categories are gone,the ads are ridiculous and cover the letters, and the game just doesn’t function like it used to. It’s a sad day :(

Second review
The first review I did about a week and a half ago for some reason got deleted on this site with no explanation. I guess I’m going to have to write a second review. I have played this game for a very long time and it has always been one of my favorites. I had many saved games and had at one time made the purchase so that I didn’t have any ads and that was very nice. Like others, this new update has wiped out all of my saved game progress. Not only that, there appear to be fewer categories now, most of which I had already purchased. I now have ads, even though I didn’t before. You say that you have fixed the size of the game for phone screens, however, it is now really small and more difficult to see. Even the pictures on some of the categories that are supposed to be clues are too small to make out and it’s almost impossible to see them. This has been a very disappointing update for me and evidently many others as well, and the one size fits all responses are inadequate. Before all of this, I gave this game five stars but now I’m really disillusioned by the whole thing.

Progress Lost
I’ve played this game and loved it for years, and I had significant progress in all of the categories. However, this new update just deleted all of my progress. I’m annoyed because of the time that I’ve put into this game.
Buggy after update
I’ve been playing this game since 2015, but after the last update, I’ve lost all my progress and achievements. Also there’s buttons that don’t work anymore and the game locks up and crashes randomly. Very disappointed with the update.
