All I want to do is finish my onboarding. Why am I having such a poor experience. Right this minute I can’t do anything online because it is asking for “Additional Verification” but is not allowing me to add any additional verification or do anything. I opened two separate accounts and had a hard time figuring out which account I was in because online it is not clear. I tried verifying my driver’s license both online and via app but neither verified with no reason why. “Chat with Support Agent” is not an agent at all…it offers only a standardized online form to complete and submit and then I get an email that only asks for more information and when I replied I got the exact same response again. Yikes!! If I could get someone to call me back I wouldn’t be writing this but given their delays, it appears that I could be writing this all day. Very frustrating start. I will now use my time to find another bank.

Unable to login from my iPhone
I unable to login from my iPhone and I have deleted the app and reinstalled several times. This has been happening for over a month now. The on my phone does not need to be updated. Can this be fixed?
Unable to view card details
I am reporting a critical functional error in the mobile app. When attempting to use the "View Card Details" button, the application enters an infinite loading state (spinning icon) and fails to display the information. This is a high-priority issue as viewing digital card details is the primary method for our members to facilitate purchases. Currently, this bug completely hampers our ability to conduct transactions. Please provide an ETA for a fix or a manual workaround immediately.

It does the job.
A better rating is 4.5 bc the UI does not work as well on the 11” iPad Pro but it does still work non the less.
Great bank horrible app
We joined crowded about 9 months ago. Great experience with the banking but the app has not worked for the past 8 months it crashes every time. Please fix this.
Major issue with app loading
I’ve been trying to get into this app for over a week. I’ve sent multiple request to the developer requesting assistance. I have not heard back yet with a solution on how to fix my problem. They say they are not noticing any issues on their end however, for me, the app will not load this can be problematic, especially since you have access to your funds through the app.

Love the digital credit cards
as a social chair for my professional frat on campus, crowded makes life so much easier with its officer credit cards! I can spend our social budget without worrying about losing the physical card or annoying reimbursements :)
Would Highly Recommend
Switching my fraternities financial system from Venmo to Crowded Banking is the best decision I've made as treasurer. Collecting dues and handling reimbursements became hassle free, people no longer have to wait for me to manually reimburse them. I would recommend this system to any fraternity, sorority, or club of any kind.

This has made my life so much easier! Its saved so many back and forth Venmo requests and now I don’t have to keep receipts. I don’t usually review apps but this has been just been great!
