Lacking features of website
Website is already awful to use. App lacks critical features of website.
Awful Company
I was a treasurer for a business frat and we used this service for years. The app itself is fine and works well but the people who run it are not kind. They are so condescending and vague. They take advantage of college kids in my opinion and are not very transparent about charges until you demand it from them. When trying to cancel (to switch to a company that costs less to do the same service) they told me that I was making a horrible mistake and didn’t know what I was doing, and made it so hard to get out of our contract. It took them over three months to provide me with the original signed contract that we had. I would not recommend this company to any organization.

Crashing Galore
The app is always crashing. I can’t access GCM from my phone at all. I can’t deal with it anymore. Only the website is slightly functional.
Great Addition to the Website
As the treasurer at a big fraternity here at The University of Arizona I use the already great GCM website almost every day. The app adds a couple of features but basically makes it a lot easier for me to check balances and add charges right from my phone. Overall a great app!
