Useless….
What used to be an outstanding & user friendly app, has now become difficult to use, now does not display itinerary info correctly, is glitchy, and now is s shell of its former self. Was previously my go to app for all my cruise enquiries is no more. Whoever has stuffed around with this app, has stuffed it up completely. So frustrating!

Doesn’t work properly anymore
Whatever changes was made has rendered the payment process unworkable! It was seamless at the beginning of 2025 when I booked 2 cruises via the app.
But now, when I tried booking & making the payment online, it keeps rejecting my card, although it’s the same card I’ve used previously. There’s nothing wrong with my card, there’s something wrong with your app! I gave up & booked elsewhere.

What Happened?
Updated a month ago, and ever since I get an error no matter what I try. Disgusted
No easy access to the information
I couldn’t find the information of my tours bookings on each island and the information for the cruise after it sent me to the selling section couldn’t get back

It would be a better app if you could choose the currency you want. I am deleting the app because of this.
Doesn’t show the length
This app was so much more useful when it showed the ft (length) of the boat…it’s really disappointing

It’s only in US currency, no matter where you want to go. No choice.

Easy and Robust
The cleanest way to research and book cruises away from a desktop. The interface is clear and very easy to use. The latest update fixed some of the pesky issues from the past.
iPad App no longer the Best - Bring back the way it was!
The IPad App now looks like the Mobile App. Please reverse it to the way it was - your iPad App was AMAZING before!!!!!!!!! I would gladly pay a subscription for it because that is how good it was!!!!
Great Informational App
I’ve used this app for about 10 years now and I’ve got to say, this is one of the greatest cruise apps to find out more about future cruises, a cruise you’ve already booked, and much more. Though it’s somewhat glitchy, that’s easy to overlook when you get so much information from the app!
Crashes Every Time!
This app crashes every time I use it. My phone has the latest update, so that isn’t the problem. This has been going on forever. Says a lot about the company.
Not what I need
I have been sailing with iCruise for years, love the company. BUT this app is not useful. It would be better ir it could be used for my personal booking of cruises, excursions and tours.

Works great on a phone. Menu options do not work beyond main screen on the iPad. Worthless on this device.

Difficult at best.
This app crashes often and it is difficult to use. The prices on this app are hundreds of dollars less money than the cruise lines website or other cruise apps. Makes me very suspicious.

Every search under the heading ‘Destinations” results in a crash on the iPad. New format not working well
