Thankfully we’ve not had to use their services but we did lose the tag at some point. Reported it within the app and had a replacement within 2 days and was kept up to date via emails and text. Great work Nick and team😊

this app has charged me twice within a week, i'm not on any premium stuff but this has happened with many others too. it's a scam and has happened with me with another thing. i'm struggling hugely with money and things like this are so stupid

It was really easy to download my dog’s replacement crumb tag. I quickly had an email with update. Hope the tag arrives quickly🤞🏻
Money taken with no notice
I’m all for paying for something when asked. But I was setting up a profile for my pet then suddenly $13 was taken from PayPal, nothing had even warned me and nowhere was I told it was a monthly subscription! Thanks guys, much appreciated when I have no income! Someone else mentioned fine print, well I did not even get that. Be careful of this.

I was pleased that it was easy to register except when I tried to click her breed name. It wouldn’t take so she isn’t on file for her breed.
Dissatisfied with scammy customer service
The app charged my card for the subscription before even showing me a check out screen with the subtotal. After this mistaken charge, I cancelled the subscription, but the customer service (which I emailed) danced around the fact that I had cancelled my order and refused to refund me. I will be telling every pet owner I know to avoid this disingenuous app.

Helped me locate my cat within a day
My cat went missing and I was concerned as I hadn’t seen her in 48 hours. I reported my cat missing on Crumb in the afternoon on day 3. Within 8 hours I received two location reports from two separate people who live on the same road and had tracked her to within three gardens on one street. After speaking to the people who had seen her we came up with a plan and within a few hours she was home and safe.

Peace of Mind
Tags just arrived. So easy to set up. One of our cats is an indoor cat as he disappeared once for 5 months after moving house. This will give peace of mind should he ever get out again. Thank you Crumb. This is such a good idea and will recommend this to everyone I know with pets.

Subscription needed
Yes, the tag was free and you paid for shipping little did. I know that I would have to pay for a monthly subscription to be able to keep my cat safe. Still no clear instructions on how to cancel subscription

Great free service would recommend to anyone and used it last night when I lost my dog he was stuck under a big trolly and couldn’t get out of it wasn’t for crumb he might be dead now
