Horrible still in 2026
Bluetooth takes a month to connect and discover… then it connects and won’t print nothing have to hard reset reconnect everything and cross your fingers it works correctly….. why is this such a huge problem with this type of printer and app.. very very disappointing and frustrating.
Crashes
You have to often delete and redownload the app. Ridiculousness.
Worst Production guide ever
Try to open settings ,crashes- delete app -reinstall app open settings-crashes again. Adding items even more frustrating - you shouldn’t have to add entire recipe to add items. You add the recipes -wait 24 hours -then the item you need for production is not there…Not an efficient app for inventory production. I wouldn’t use it at all if it wasn’t required.. Rebuild this as there better way to add items…

Doesn’t work
Can’t even open the application without it crashing.
Update
Needs to be updated for the time change as it’s locked on the previous hour like if it’s 1 pm it won’t unlock that hour on it until 45 minutes after
Super slow
This app is super slow. Its need to be fixed. Affects productivity
Bluetooth errors
Multiple instances of Bluetooth errors when connecting to the printer where when it is connected but does not go back to our main label printing page. If this is fixed our business would be so more efficient and the app would be so much more effective.

Remove Bluetooth permissions
The permissions to connect Bluetooth thermometers and printers are preventing from accessing the app. Remove them or roll back to a previous stable version.
Literal trash
Our old system we used was %100 better this is literal trash and useless we can do our production on anything but a tablet we can’t use a phone or our computer which we have for the purpose of doing it(which I would do frequently before because it’s easier) and that’s only the start if I could choose to do everything by hand instead of this trash I would

It won’t let me use it without connecting to Bluetooth
It will not let me use it unless I connected Bluetooth to the thermometers. We don’t have Bluetooth thermometers at our store so this app is useless
