Locked out of funds
I used to consider Crypto.com one of the fastest and most reliable crypto apps I had used for years — until this recent issue.
My withdrawals stopped working, so I contacted support to clarify what happened. After that, my account was locked. The email said it was locked upon my request, but I never requested that.
For around 10 days, I have had no normal access to my account or funds. I have spent over 10 hours with support, completed verification multiple times, reinstalled the app, updated the OS, tried multiple devices, and provided screen recordings.
Support keeps sending me in circles with “try again” and “send another video” instead of restoring access or giving a clear explanation.
They told me only I can withdraw my balance to my own account — but I cannot do that because they still have not restored access. I also asked for a formal account closure / offboarding process if they cannot restore access, but that request has not been addressed.
What makes this even more concerning is that another person I personally recommended Crypto.com to reported a very similar issue: their account was also locked with an email saying it was done by request, although they say they did not request it either.
This is extremely concerning for a financial service. Users should not be locked out of their funds for days, repeatedly verified, and still left without a practical resolution.

This gotta be one of the WORST CRYPTO EXCHANGE EVER!!!! It only lets you buy up The WHOLE DOLLAR amount and always leaves like 68 cents behind??? WHY??? AND, I had money from proceeds of a crypto sale in USDC and I couldn’t even withdraw draw that amount. I EVEN let the amount settle and still couldn’t withdraw it!!!! The only option was reinvest it back into crypto!!! One of the worst EXCHANGES EVER!!!! Takes so many steps to do a simple transaction too!!! Why??? ONE OF THE WORST EXCHANGES EVER!!!!
