App is never properly updated
I don’t like how the temperatures are never updated. The actual snow is not recorded properly and sometimes there’s no access to knowing what trails and lifts are closed or open when on the mountain it’s supposed to be a helpful tool for those who wanna know if Northway is open or not. It’s not necessarily the app’s fault, Very disappointed in the people updating the app.

Great when it works
Is this thing even connected to the interwebs? Data rarely populates on the first few attempts. UI is also struggling to be intuitive. I like it when it works, but it’s mostly frustrating.
Weather
The blog is usually significantly out of date and contains irrelevant information. Skiers want the real information, not just propaganda and salesmanship.
App
This is the worst app ever. No information. Barely works. Everyone I talk to about hates it.
Awful purchasing experience
Worst app I have seen in a long time. Can’t buy ticket and parking pass in one step. Requires multiple sign in’s as it keeps redirecting to another and another website in an iframe. This is not an app, this is a nightmare of a mad dog after a bad meal!!
