App needs improvement
App regularly has issues with showing current balance in accounts. Get “error updating account” multiple times a week. If this ain’t fixed soon I will be switching banks. Because a year of this issue is too long.

Who does Citizens Bank think they are telling me what iOS I need on MY phone to access MY money? Time for a new bank.

I started my own small business and opened up a savings and checking account with CSB. The staff has been amazing and will help with anything. They continually answer any questions I have. I could not ask for a better bank to be banking through.
