Inconvenience meets inconsistency
When the app works it’s sub par. It’s constantly down for undisclosed reasons. There’s no convenient way to use the credit union and they match the experience with an app.
A Lot of Trouble Recently
Was ok for a long time but started 3-months or so ago it had been unable to login or logged in but showing a white screen Or shut down immediately
Transaction Description
No option to describe transactions such as when an internal transfer is made. Very frustrating weeks later when you don’t remember what it was for.
Closed Automatically After Just Opened
Recently the app has been turned off by itself after opening up and showing the numbers.

Just an FYI to the developers. I’ve been using the website, but I’d much prefer using an app.

App crashed and missing feature
App crashed and couldn’t restart even after a reboot. Required delete and reinstall to fix. It will be nice if you can add a feature to apply payments towards a mortgage principal, this feature is not available, many banks have the this feature available. Adding this feature will save a unnecessary trip to the bank!

Good need one more thing
All that is needed is to be able to view the previous checks written like other bank apps. Also electronic payment is slow. I used it once but It took a week for payment to be delivered. Other banks deliver payment in one or two days.
Need check Deposit ability
Nice app, but very badly need a check deposit ability, like other banks.

Requires log in information way too many times. If you leave app to use calculator or anything.
