This app needs WORK!!
Trying to scan a ticket using the mobile scanner is exhausting.Even when you place the scanner over the bar numerous times it still WON’T scan.FIX IT!!
Not user friendly
It would be a better app if there was more functionality. I should be able to play day and night at the same time. Also repeat a play. It’s very time consuming. And I should be able to set my preferences one time. I would like my default amount to be $1.00 and not .50.

Wising the scan option worked well. 8 out of 10 times trying it never scans

Scanner does not work
Ever since the new app was installed, my scanner does not work and I cannot scan my lottery tickets scratch tickets are fine, but not the lottery tickets.

The update on 9/8/26 is much appreciated. The scanner is much faster!!!!!!!! It was so frustrating trying to get the paper tickets (fast plays and draws) to scan! Thank you!! Next up, hopefully, the ability to directly deposit any winnings between $600-$5000 into the bank account associated with my iLottery app🙏🏾!!

Scanner never works
The only reason I ever open this app and it almost never works
After over 2 years, still can’t log in, never get pin emailed
But they surely do have MY money in the account. This was supposedly escalated years ago now but they won’t even answer emails as who what is going on. So who’s keeping the money? I hope they are sued.

Low payouts.
Get rid of the low ball payouts. There a joke! Two dollars four dollars. Also the cash five three digit payout should be at least 500 dollars. You go from 10 dollars to 4300 for four numbers your millionaires drawing is also a joke. I’ve watched it you might have four 500 dollar winners a week and the low ball payouts. Boost the winning and you will boost the players

Your App blows….
OMG This App SUCKS!
Any other state’s app seems to work just fine. This ridiculous CT Lottery app doesn’t work. Not if you want to actually scan a ticket in under 15 minutes. Mind-boggling how they can make this work AO terribly and unreliably.
Can’t log in
Just set up an account and after I enter my password I just get a white screen that says sign up in upper right and it just hangs there.

this app is so full of bugs and problems ! stay away !

this app hardly every works and there are always issues with no support. someone is getting paid to make this work and like most CT government jobs they dont have a clue
Another Boondoggle
Slow, unresponsive and unreliable. Forget about using the scan feature for checking results - I’ve literally never got it to work.
