Low payouts.
Get rid of the low ball payouts. There a joke! Two dollars four dollars. Also the cash five three digit payout should be at least 500 dollars. You go from 10 dollars to 4300 for four numbers your millionaires drawing is also a joke. I’ve watched it you might have four 500 dollar winners a week and the low ball payouts. Boost the winning and you will boost the players

OMG This App SUCKS!
Any other state’s app seems to work just fine. This ridiculous CT Lottery app doesn’t work. Not if you want to actually scan a ticket in under 15 minutes. Mind-boggling how they can make this work AO terribly and unreliably.
Can’t log in
Just set up an account and after I enter my password I just get a white screen that says sign up in upper right and it just hangs there.

Another Boondoggle
Slow, unresponsive and unreliable. Forget about using the scan feature for checking results - I’ve literally never got it to work.
Drawings & Numbers
I would really like the lottery to show the drawings on live TV. I tried to play my play 3 night numbers but the machine would not take them. Because it was 2:00 PM and the machine kept saying the drawings were already in progress? That was the day numbers. So I could not figure out why the machine would not play the night numbers?

This app is ok, but it never works to scan tickets when checking winners or losers.

Yall need to improve the cart cause what if I have multiple games on it and I just want to purchase 1 or 2. Is not going to let me unless I purchase the entire cart. 🤦♂️.

The ‘scan your ticket’ function rarely works. Why don’t you fix it? I also tried to create a login 2 times last night so I could purchase a game, and that also gave me errors. It’s ridiculous. Fix the app.
Absolute garbage
Absolutely horrible if you buy tickets online. It doesn’t show if the tickets are winners or not and to check numbers in powerball for example, you have to open results on website or other app and then check numbers. Stay away
iLottery Feature Request: Add Filter by Game to transaction history
My Activity currently only allows filter by single calendar date. This makes tracking multidraw game tickets time consuming. Adding a filter would make it easier to know when to renew ones various draw games
Always the same for years
Ct continues to draw us high tax payers in in hopes of some relief via “ct lottery “ play every day for months and always off by a number or two. Get sick, take a vacation and what do you know, your numbers come out. Seems to me they need to be looked at for a minimum of 10 years back. I do believe technology has the a.i. capability to do such a thing and check for what would be called a scam.

Lotto, The Easy Way
Being able to use CT Lotto’s app to play all of my lottery numbers saves me a lot of time and money actually. Since gas prices are so high I’m not using any extra gas to go to the local convenience store to play lottery. It’s also great when you forget to stop and get your lottery tickets, if you prefer to have that paper ticket. You can just log on to the safe and secure app and play away!
The CT Lottery app also allows you to set spending limits for playing. You will receive an alert message that you have hit your spending limit once you reach the specific dollar amount you set up. You can increase or decrease those limits as needed, but it’s a good way to remind you to watch your spending , especially with gambling. That’s something the Lotto machines can’t do. So if you’re on a budget and watching every dollar spent, then you can set up those safe guards each month and know you’re not over spending. Thanks CT Lottery!!
