Needs work
I plugged it to my Porsche lithium battery for maintenance. The battery was ok. It started saying the the voltage was at 13.5 and needed 8 hours for a full charge. One light fully lit and one light blinking. After 5 hours the state was the same, 8 hours to fully charge. The voltage was at 13.8. Then suddenly, in 30m it went to fully charged. So it took 5.5 hours, but how can I trust these numbers if it tells me that it still needs 8 hrs of charging, and 30m later it’s fully charged? Also, it’s supposed to identify my type o battery but it doesn’t show this anywhere. How do I know that it recognized my battery?

Charger display does not reflect app
Charger unit continues to flash start whilst app shows 3 bars and 4 hours to charge complete. Garbage.

Seit neuer Software keine Koppelung
Seit neuer SW lässt sich das CTEK CS ONE nicht mehr mit dem iPhone koppeln. Somit steht der volle Funktionsumfang nicht mehr zur Verfügung, da alle Einstellungen ausschließlich über die App vorgenommen werden können. Lediglich „normales Laden“ ist aktuell möglich. Ich hoffe, dass die Entwickler den Fehler möglichst schnell beheben. Vielen Dank!

App is useless now
This app used to work well but now it’s totally useless. I launched it and the charger just showed as disconnected. I could not get it to connect despite connecting manually in Bluetooth. Ended up deleting the app and reinstalling. Then I could not login, just kept timing out. Eventually logged in, eventually paired to the charger then stuck giving it a name! I named it and it just hung trying to apply. Gave up in the end, over an hour wasted trying to simply find out what my charger is doing!

Auf einmal keine Bluetooth Verbindung mehr.
Habe das Gerät jetzt zwei Wochen in Betrieb gehabt alles problemlos funktioniert. Jetzt bekomme ich mit meinem iPhone 15 Pro Max keine Bluetooth Verbindung mehr zu dem Gerät. iPhone ist auf dem neuesten Stand genauso wie die CTEK App. Dabei hatte gestern noch alles Problemlos funktioniert.

App and actual charge status on device misaligned. Bluetooth range poor. App readout on actual charge phase would be useful. Was hoping for battery data logs eg type, condition, size, other analysis which presumably has to be preformed for the device to establish correct mode.
Falsche Anzeige in der App
Die Anzeige der Ringe am Gerät stimmt nicht mit der Anzeige in der App überein. In der App wird eine Stunde Restzeit angezeigt. Am Gerät noch 6 Stunden.
CTEK CS ONE App is useless
The charger and the App show completely different charging states. Trying to get a solution from CTEK support services. So far unsuccessful.
App zeigt was anderes an als das Gerät
Leider ist die Bedienung nicht leicht da die App nicht gut funktioniert. Die App zeigt z.B. eine verbleibende Zeit von 1 Stunde. Das Ladegerät zeigt aber nur einen Balken an. Das Aktivitätsprotokoll erklärt sich mir nicht. Trotz mehrerer Nutzungen ist dort nichts eingetragen. Mal schauen was der Support dazu sagt.

Nur die aktuelle Spannung und Strom wird angezeigt was nicht viel aussagt.
Kein Diagramm wird erstellt auch kann man nicht sehen was er gerade macht bzw. Bei welchem Ladezyklus er sich gerade befindet.
Seit 7 Stunden nur die Meldung in 1 Stunden fertig.
App kann sich auch nicht zwischen Englisch und deutsch entscheiden wechselt immer wieder zwischen den Sprachen.

Don’t work
The application requires a login and password. There is no link for registration
This new update is trash
Everything was working before the app update and now it is completely wrecked. At first it connected but showed an incorrect charging state from what was displayed on the charger and no voltage or current info displayed. The charger then starting flashing red lights for the first time ever and the app wouldn’t connect even after restarting everything. I had to delete and reinstall the app. Now it connects and shows voltage and current but the charge state is still incorrect and time estimate is wrong. They broke the most essential basic function of the app!!

What kind of genius thought that it is a good idea to login to app to charge the battery! Each time I charge my battery, I forgot the password to this stupid app. Do you think someone will hack into the car through 12v battery or what? Or am I having some mega-secret data in my charge history??? If you decide that the user HAS TO use the app for such simple thing as charging the battery, please let us use the app directly, no logins or complicated passwords. PLEASE…
