Useless

This app literally does nothing. I can’t even login. Why can’t I simply use the banking app I already have?

Just make it all one app

It’s super frustrating when you’re trying to just lock your card and you can’t because your app doesn’t work and it’s a system error that keeps making the app not work so you can’t even create the account to lock your card when in reality it should just be one mobile banking app for all of the different parts of mobile banking. I don’t understand and it’s very frustrating and annoying. It’s just split up into all the different parts and those parts don’t even work. How about just have one mobile banking app.!!!!

I give up

Just spent over 30 mins just trying to add one card. Every time I’d open my email to get the code they sent, this app would stop working and make me start all over.

Frustrating

I can’t login anymore at all, no matter if I log into my bank app, which is making things very frustrating and annoying, especially for work and new jobs, I can’t see direct deposit either. I had to get a new card to get paid.
