App is useless

App will not track any workouts and does not let you manually enter them in. I don’t know who this actually works for? I used it back in 2024 and haven’t been able to use it since then.

Redundant complain for app sync malfunction

Though the elaborate explanation about what was wrong with the app was impressive, still, there’s zero improvement with the data syncing. Your programmer or engineer needs another profession. I’m respectfully sick and tired of waiting for you to figure out how to properly update the app and fix the glitches. It worked fine for years; so definitely somebody doesn’t know what they’re doing.

2-17-26 Update as no change. My app is not holding data in memory. So I can’t see any weekly, monthly, year progress. It only holds data for the current day as you work out. But as soon as clock reaches midnight/ 12am, it goes to zero and any previous data becomes inaccessible or erased. The only evidence of activity is held under the goals tab, if you reach the goals you have programmed.
Since 2020-1, I had no problem with the app, until last year, that it stopped keeping user data in memory. Technical/programming support needs to be replaced. Who did you hire last year that screwed up the app? Hire the original team. Who owns cubii so they can make some decisions? I’m tired of complaining.

Update 5.19.2 losing stats

At the beginning of the year I made a goal. I’ve been hitting my goal. The app records and says I’ve hit my goal. The next day, hours are missing from my stats and my goal has reverted to unmet for previous days. I have had this unit since 2018. This started a week ago. The update screwed something up.

Obtrusive New Update! Useless?

I hate this new update! It kept popping up and prevented me from using the pre-existing app! There is no way to close it without update the app. It popped up in the middle of the screen and would not allow me to disregard it! The rating of the app is only 3.4 stars, and it is for “Cubii Go” while I have the Cubii Pro. I am unsure if it will improve anything or will only crash as mentioned in the first review popping up.
I strongly believe users should have their option to not update a troublesome update, but it did not let me continue using the app I have been using for many years!

My model is not on the app

I love my new Cubii Go with a handle to roll it around with and 10 resistance level, but it won’t let me track a workout accurately because it does not show my model in the app. The Cubii go in the app only has 8 resistance levels. I’d like accurate tracking. Please update the app!

Terrible tracking on app

The WHOLE point of getting the Bluetooth enabled Cubii (and it costs substantially more) is to track my steps. This should not be a difficult task as the Cubii itself has an accurate mechanism to actually capture steps etc. BUT, it doesn’t communicate that to the app itself. I actually put my watch around my foot to compare rotations, etc. and nothing close appears! I will be pedaling and nothing will happen at all for several strides. It should not be this difficult to get something more accurate.

Does not sync data properly

The elliptical itself keeps accurate count of strides and mileage, however, it does not accurately sync to the app which throws off all of my health tracking.

It’s 2026 let’s get it together

The app is trash. It always crashes. Often it won’t count your progress while running in the background. It often fails to sync and disconnects randomly.

Crashing

Please fix your app! It keeps crashing and doesn’t count all of my strides correctly. I love the product, but hate the app!

App not syncing

I have been using the cubii for years and all the sudden it stopped syncing.

Cubii is great, app…nah

I have owned a Cubii of some kind for the past 4 years, and upgraded to the Cubii Total Body+ last summer. My beef is with the app—it loses hundreds of strides and will not sync with either my Apple Watch, or my iPhone. Workouts using the Cubii show up a day later than they’ve actually happened. This screws up fitness tracking and throws off my stats. Support is okay but not terribly helpful. Disappointed that the app does not sync correctly or log strides correctly.
Updated to add—app sync is highly unreliable and the website support information is outdated. Screenshots of iOS are incredibly outdated and inaccurate so trying to figure out which steps to take to resolve issues is difficult. Communication with support is slow and unhelpful. The Cubii is great but the app is disappointing and nonfunctional.

Hi. I’m a veteran customer with the discontinued cubii pro. The app… is iffi, meaning it’s so true that it’s just so slow in syncing makes me feel like the nineties. The pads under my wheels have denatured and are falling apart and lately, going back to the app, the data is retained for the current day. But if I want to see previous data, it’s gone. I can’t see the daily or weekly data, just the monthly and yearly, considering if it’s accurate. So my reason for the one star is that I have sent emails through the app with no response for these issues, and even when I hit the support button on your listing in the App Store 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️‼️It doesn’t work. What’s going on. My last resort is if this review will get your attention. Thank you.🙏
12-9-25 Update: No change. Still having problems with the app that it doesn’t save previous activity data so I can’t keep up with my progress. And I have yet to hear if cubii has spare parts to replace rolling pads and wheels in my cubii that are falling apart.

Terrible app

I’ve been using my Cubii for almost 3 years and it’s been great, but the app is just awful. If I don’t keep it open during my entire session, it won’t correctly record my strides. Sometimes it won’t even open at all. I’ve had to reinstall it at least once. When my Cubii breaks, I’m not going to get another one.

Cubii works

I rely on Cubii as the best option for me. I have had several life threatening diseases/injuries which preclude other choices. But Cubii is always there, and all my doctors approve and are amazed at how well I am doing as opposed to others in their care. I try never to skip a day. It has been almost 15 years now

Super unreliable sync

I rely on the Cubii to get extra steps in at a sedentary job. The Cubii itself is great, but there are constantly app connection issues. From the app crashing repeatedly on open, to syncing slowly, or even not syncing up to the number on the device itself. I’ve contacted support multiple times and they send the same document every time telling me redundant things like, make sure the phone is within Bluetooth range, or waiting for it to sync, or deleting and reinstalling the app. Look, if I have to reinstall this thing every time it syncs incorrectly, then your engineers are not doing their jobs fixing the bugs. At this rate I’ll probably just manually add my steps into Apple Health at the end of the day because it’s not worth this headache.

App does not record all strides

I have 10,000 strides on the Cubii and the app only recorded 1086 strides.

High price point and app is awful

It either doesn’t sync or only syncs a fraction of time/strides. No sense of urgency from support. Purchased this one specifically so I can work with doctor tracking activity after hospitalization and have nothing to share electronically. I have to manually track everything thing which defeats the purpose of
