Absolute Garbage

I complete the steps successfully per the instructions but the app immediately show that it is offline and I’m unable to print.

Does not work with 5G wi fi or if you have characters in psd

Not good

Pointless

Only 1 registered email per device. So the excited of having our daughter be able to use and husband and son was quickly smashed. Change the paper to change the color? Pointless. Printed picture is not great. I do not see a use for this, not even for fun.

Does not work AT ALL on iOS 13

Layout is broken, but more importantly you can’t connect it to WiFi as iOS 13 will not disclose the network name and it won’t let you type one in (stupid).

Terrible App

App doesn’t work. Will not log in or reset account profile, nor ‘bind’ to new device, nor deregister an old device. More time fixing than using. Please fix this app.

Impossible to use

I want to create an account but I am not receiving the activation email, I tried over and over again.

Not quite there!

Could of been an awesome productivity device but unfortunately it is a mess. I spend more time fixing connection and app issues then actually using the device.

So Close…

I was really excited to find this piece of hardware. Dymo labelers with semi tacky adhesive have been our go to, but I find their software cumbersome and administratively have you to maintain.
This seems to be the 2019, relevant upgrade.
A couple of things that may make me have to return it:
• The quick print template is a Cubinote advertisement. It has their header and their website URL in the footer. Unless I am wrong, I cannot change this to the template I created for quick print.
• The device absolutely needs Wi-Fi to operate. I’ll have to experiment a bit to see if this is ultimately a blocker in daily use, but one cannot take it out of the box and rely on Bluetooth only.

I’ve emailed Cubinote about the quick print template; I will update if I’ve gotten this piece wrong.

Also, since it doesn’t say it on the box just wanted to note that there is one roll of yellow thermal tape included in the box.
