Bad UI
The UI on this device is poorly implemented. It also wastes tape between labels (so you have to buy more?). Hire a real UI designer, not an engineer.
Lots of misfeeds
Even with the Brother specific approved tape misfits quite a bit and it’s very wasteful cut off these little original in tabs of paper and it’s like so much of my tape is going to waste with that process. I’m super disappointed for something this expensive to work so poorly.

Requires internet connection to work, has a terms form that is longer than war and piece and requires way to many steps just to print a label

This is a fantastic easy
to use portable printer. You can use A/C or D/C battery power to print. I use it to organize my tool box storage Bins tools and label thing’s around the house.
