I have a very specific notification setup for my SwitchBot devices, with promotional notifications turned OFF. Yet the app is still pestering me every couple of weeks about some new AI nonsense feature.

Can’t even use ai frame because it would load a whole image. My head is cut off in every image I upload

Never ending randomly appearing back to back bugs for years now rendering app and devices useless: Automations stopped working; Incorrect temperature readings; buggy 3rd party integrations; keeps logging me out; most rep help is incompetent.
**YES: delete/re-ad didn’t solve; every type device software/firmware is confirmed updated.
*KEEPS TRYING TO STORE DATA LOCALLY, despite numerous times selecting CLOUD
