Apple Carplay ist sehr dringend notwendig
Ich besitze 2x Lock Ultra, einmal mit Vision Keypad und einmal nur mit dem Fingerabdruck-Pad, sowie zusätzlich dem Garagentoröffner. Während der Fahrt möchte ich nicht mein Handy benutzen, um das Garagentor zu öffnen. Ich wünsche mir sehr, dass es in Carplay bedienbar ist, ohne dass ich mein Handy in die Hand nehmen und die App öffnen und dann die Garagentortaste drücken muss. Ansonsten bin ich vollkommen zufrieden mit Switchbot Produkten.

The app is completely useless. Bloated unintuitive and the offered options don't work. The customer support is completely based on AI and tone-deaf to requests

I like the sensors but the app sucks and they're trying to shove AI down your throat. I'll be switching to home assistant, and doubt I'll buy another one of their products.

Unfinished
The switchbot hub 2 device is great but this app is simply unfinished. Widgets don’t work - I can’t select which device for the temp and humidity meter widget. And the stupid AI thing needs to be disabled. I could vibe code the rest of this app and they can’t even be bothered doing that. What am I paying for with these devices??

I have KATA turned off in Module Display Settings but it’s still there on the home screen. Why on earth would you people think I need AI to turn my lamps off and on?

WTAF? I have no wish to have an “AI Assistant” in the form of a puerile comic avatar taking up 20% of my homepage, but there’s no option to get rid of it. This is a stupid and intrusive update which markedly reduces the app’s usability

Cela fait une semaine que j’utilise l’application notamment pour piloter le ventilateur sur pied SwichBot, seul appareil de la marque que je possède pour l’instant.
L’application fonctionne relativement correctement, mais j’ai tout de même noté quelques défauts :
- Il y a toujours un délai de plusieurs secondes lorsque j’accède à l’interface des commandes du ventilateur, comme si la connexion Bluetooth se coupait quand l’application n’est pas affichée à l’écran et se réactivait à chaque réouverture de l’app.
- L’image que illustre le mode en cours d’utilisation, dans l’interface du ventilateur, paraît inutilement grande et n’a pas besoin d’occuper la moitié de l’écran.
- La synchronisation entre l’application et l’appareil semble aléatoire au point où, quand je démarre le ventilateur avec la télécommande physique fournie, l’app montre le ventilateur encore éteint…
Si la marque voulait bien se pencher sur ces défauts, je serais sans aucun doute davantage satisfait de mon expérience.

Getting worse and worse
I used to tolerate this app, and I’ve used it together with many sensors to monitor and track sensitive environmental data for sample storage, but I do not want a cloud, do not need their BS Ai assistant (like, why?!!), and just need basic, privacy focused solutions for environmental monitoring. The addition of AI was the last straw. I’ve just ordered all new sensors from a different vendor and will be dropping these ones in the trash as soon as they arrive, and deleting the app.

The latest version ads an idiotic AI assistant taking up 1/3 of the home screen. there is no obvious way to turn it off.
