Cuddles is a 10/10!
I’ve been with Cuddles since they first launched, and I can honestly say it’s one of those apps that just keeps getting better over time. It was great from the start but now it’s literally everything I’ve ever wanted in a booking system. They truly listen to all of my feedback, which makes me love the Cuddles team so much more, because no other booking systems I’ve used previously has ever taken their users feedback seriously or encouraged suggestions, feature requests and feedback the way the Cuddles team does. I love seeing there has been an app update and my feature request has made it into the Cuddles update. No better company than the one that respects and values their users! 🤍
Plus it literally has everything I need to run my business without feeling all over the place. (The only thing Cuddles is missing is a CPA to do my taxes 😅)
I can use it on my phone or my computer, which is super convenient, and the in-app texting is a lifesaver. All my client conversations stay organized in one spot, and I’m not bouncing between apps trying to keep up.
But the real standout for me is their customer support. It’s seriously next level. Anytime I reach out during business hours, they get back to me right away. And even if I message after hours, I always hear from them first thing when they’re back. That kind of reliability is hard to find and makes running a business so much less stressful.
I recommend Cuddles every time I’m talking to another pet professional. Hands down I don’t ever see myself having to find another booking system ever again! 🤍

Buggy but GREAT customer service
I really like cuddles. The customer service is top tier, I’ve had a number of questions and they have always promptly helped me and every issue has been solved. I only give 4 out of 5 because it’s still pretty buggy. I do experience glitches a lot and have to troubleshoot minor issues often. It provides what I want out of a booking system and it’s affordable, so I’ll stick with them

Flexible and easy
I like the calendar feature a mot and works like a google calendar. Once schedule is setup clients could book online. The flexibility of the intake form is nice and I use the SMS in the app for everyday use. Def would say try it out!

New update
I’ve been using the free version for awhile now. This new update looks pretty cool! However, after hitting checkout it will not let me go to pay so I have a bunch of pets just sitting in my pending because it will not let me finish them out. A bit disappointed

Tried too many times to give them a try
So I’ve been hot and cold with getting the cuddles software. During a transition out of my old job and into a business myself I figured let’s use this software that’s been hyped up for so long. I was able to upload my list of clientele fairly easily thanks to the format they provided for CSV file.. HOWEVER when I try to open a customers account or book an open the app completely crashed on my iPhone. Doubt I’d have the same issue on a tablet or computer, but being mobile I rely heavily on my cell. And if I can’t use an app that is supposed to function on my iPhone I don’t understand how I can perform my day to day operations. Sorry cuddles I am sure you’re great but I have had issues in the past and now this and I’m moving on.

Just not there yet unfortunately.
I was super excited as it seems like they know what info groomers want to input but I couldnt even upload a single client because the interface is not giving me the option at all, its all blocked out. Excited to see how good this app will get as time goes on!
