Nothing you log ever leaves your iPhone — no cloud, no account, no face-scan AI. Every product, every skin note, every optional photo stays on your device and is read entirely on-device. Culprit's privacy label reads Data Not Collected — the thing the cloud skin-scan apps can't say. HOW IT WORKS You log your shelf — the skincare products you actually own and use — and keep a simple AM/PM routine. A 20-second daily note captures how your skin reacted: clear, a little reactive, or a breakout, with an optional photo for your eyes only. Culprit stays quiet for about a week while it gathers signal. After that, its on-device engine names the product to suspect — for example: "Niacinamide serum appeared on 4 of your 5 most reactive days." It is a correlation from your own logs, an observation, never a diagnosis.
