Love this app

This app is exactly what it says. Enjoy moving your body. It’s not the boring gym exercises that just don’t seem to be doing anything but movement that feels good and rewards your body. It also benefits shift workers, I can choose 3 or 5 day programs that fits in with my schedule. Amazing! To the creator you are a genius. 🫶🏼

Great for Pregnancy

I downloaded this app to use the prenatal program and I love it so far. I am also experimenting with some of the recipes which is a great resource.

A week in & loving it

A little over a week in and have loved that the workouts have been just challenging enough to push me while still feeling attainable. Been consistently strength training for around 2 years but wanted to incorporate more functional styles of training and this has already felt like a great place to expand my knowledge.

Best functional fitness app

Such a variety of exercises and something for everyone. Really enjoy the training structure. The app also has an array of stretching and mobility exercises as well as recipes.

Love this app

I love the versatility of the essentials program! I had so much completing the summer challenge, I also am so exited for the dumbbell program that is in the works.

8 week summer challenge

I've been completing the 8 week summer challenge & it's been the most rewarding experience! This app has it all - from physical fitness to mental wellness. It's truly a great app for anyone who is healing their body and mind.

Love this for the mamas out there!

This has been extremely helpful for my postpartum journey! I started the postpartum program when I was 4 months out from my c-section and it has been gentle enough but still leaves me sore! I’m looking forward to trying the other workouts when I’m stronger. Thank you Morgan!

Amazing

Culture of motion has helped me keep moving while in the later stage of my pregnancy with their prenatal program. Their stretching and Pilates routines help you get moving when you’re feeling a little less motivated in the day!

Versatility is great

I switched from a different fitness app to COM just a few weeks ago. So far i love the versatility and challenge! Only feedback would be to offer substitutions for every move. Some of the moves have them, and others don’t. But I’m sure it’s a work in progress.

Obsessed!

Such a great fitness app, with all moves and exercises that I love. I love how it has a big focus on flexibility and prepping you ready for hand standing too, which is itnergrated into the daily workout schedule. The only thing is that I wish it was easier to see your recorded weights used from last time.

Absolutely get!

I started using this app at 6 months pregnant when Morgan first dropped her pre and postnatal program! I LOVE IT! I have been going to the gym since I was 17 (nearly 30 now) and have tried so many apps and programs and so far this is one of my favorites! Easy to navigate, fun recipes included, and I truly believe if I ever need to reach out I will get in touch with their team not a robot!

So excited for the future of this app

I’ve been following Morgan for a very long time and when I saw she was rolling out her own app I was beyond excited. Culture of motion is the fitness app I’ve been searching for. The workouts are the perfect mix of everything and are tweakable so that I can fit them into my already active lifestyle. I’ve started the motion program and am already seeing massive improvements in my strength and flexibility. I also REALLY appreciate the private group chats as Morgan is very active in there and answers questions as well as takes feedback about the app.

Can’t wait to see how this app grows and am so excited for the skills tab to open!!

So much Fun!

This is the exact workout program I’ve been looking for for a long time. It combines weightlifting with fun cardio, and even some skill building and gymnastics so I don’t have to supplement my routine with other things. I can also track my progress with certain movements.
The workouts are versatile and I love the meditations also.

Love this app!

So far so good. I just wish I could move my days around whenever I wanted without resetting my start date. I also wish I could time the rest periods between movements without having to go back and forth between the circuits. Annnnd a timer on the 60 and 30 second holds or movements would be nice. In some cases it’s there but in others it’s missing (like in the L handstand holds). Otherwise, the programs, the meals, the app itself is amazing!

Love this app!!!

Morgan has killed this one!

Love it but still much to improve UX wise

I’ve been weight lifting on-off for 4-5 years now but mostly powerlifting and bodybuilding style. I want to change it up and try something new for a bit. I love to watch Morgan’s style of training so want to giving her program a go. So far loving it! Each workout is challenging and I feel strong. Everything in the program is superset so it’s a little challenging sometime at my gym when the equipments are being used to far from the other. But I can mostly work around that and still have an effective workout.

Now, there are a lot more that could be improved user experience wise. Some task flows of the app are not so smooth and seem a little confusing to navigate. I’d also love to be able to switch/move the workout around during the week since I can’t hit the gym on the same day every week due to my work. So I might want to move my rest day or my active recovery to the day that I can’t make it to the gym.

I know the app is still very new, so I hope and I’d love to see more features, better flow, more well designed user interface and user experience as the app evolve! :)

Best App I have ever tried

I have always been a runner and cyclist so I have a personal love for workouts that make me more agile and stronger and to me this is just that, there are so many extras and honestly amazing pricing for what you are getting. Couldn’t recommend anything more, makes you feel like a true athlete and resulta are those you can both see and feel!

My favorite movement app

I can’t say enough good things about this app. I love the workouts so so much and the recipes I’ve tried have been simple and delicious. They are always so fast to answer any questions I’ve had and help me with anything I’ve needed. I can’t wait for what else is to come to this app. It’s affordable and actually worth paying for.
