Tracks $ Card Transactions & Balance
I like being to track my Balance and Transactions. BUT, How do I add multiple cards or Remove a card and Replace with a different card??? So Frustrating.
holy moly the new app is so much worse
after months and months of announcements and prep work, the new app is here, and despite the build-up, it’s completely awful. Messages don’t appear correctly, every part of the app is plagued by random errors, you can’t log in on browser - it’s been rendered completely unusable! I can’t believe I’ve been stupid enough to trust this dump company with my paycheck.
Oh also, support won’t help you or respond to you. And if you call support, they charge you a fee 😭

Broken App
new experience doesn’t work, I can’t login on my computer and I can’t load funds and I can’t contact support and I can’t view my details for direct deposit - what the heck - wish I could un update this
New App is Awful
Somehow the new app is so much worse than I could have imagined. Didn’t think it was possible but there are twice as many bugs, loads failing, can’t log in on desktop, other errors. This is a nightmare app.

The card is a joke.
Funds are not available immediately sometimes it takes up to 48 hours to post. Using the card is a fifty fifty chance it will work at the terminal. Therefore it is necessary to keep a backup plan with you at all times..
It’s ridiculous that to load money it has to come from a card not directly from a checking or savings account .

Scam Company
This service is riddled with issues that can only be resolved by calling the Filipino call center for resolution which also triggers service charges. Card automagically goes closed. Awful service from a scam company.
VERY customer UNfriendly!
I used to use the cumoney card religiously while abroad. Never had an issue to speak of. Then, the mobile app gets updated, my old card expired and I’m unable to remove it and/or add a new card as I have done on the older version (I actually had 2 cards on it at the same time, could interact with both independently of each other!). Nothing that I have tried has succeeded and the instructions from the customer service have mostly been repeats of everything I’ve already tried! The mobile app NEEDS to be reconfigured for more user friendliness!
EDIT: I eventually discovered that one must simply create an entire new account on the mobile app in order to swap in a new card. iCloud didn’t remove it, but after I re-downloaded it, I had an option to register my card. Entered the new info, made a small user name change and done. STILL NOT USER FRIENDLY but I, at minimum, self-resolved the ‘new card’ issue

Unable to load $ on card
I’ve tried for over a week to add additional $$ to card & continue to get “unable ✔️back
Sometimes I can’t use
I’ve had this app for a couple yrs it’s been useful to a extent at times I cannot get on it I have to wait like a few hrs before it will connect I get a blue screen sometimes for 3-4 hour especially early in morning or overnight that could improve it’s called a mobile app for that reason —on anytime

Numerous mistakes
I have numerous mistakes using this card. It was issued to me by my bank to use until my new bank debit card was received. It also costs to call customer service and inquire or correct the mistakes. It has stated that this card is inactive when I have monies available. It allowed unauthorized charges on this card. My bank has had difficulty correcting the mistakes. Inconvenient and not consistent which has been very inconvenient.

Scam
Looks like a scam. First thing it asks is your social security number and the card number. After that, it gives you an error message and you’re stuck. I’m afraid that now my info will end up on a dark web
I hate the .50 cents charge
I hate like the app keeping let businesses hit your account continuously and charging account .50 cent every single time.
CU money
Easy to use when you download the app. On the phone it is a nightmare. Works great for my excavation crew and helps me control their spending. Just enough money for the job at hand. Also shows receipts and one can see where they are spending the money.
Disappointed
Since you did your last update, I can no longer sign in and check my balance. This app is sub par.
Doesn’t work
This app is trash. Hasn’t worked for me in over a month. I’m unable to check my balance and I can’t get through on the 800#.
