Hardly any stock at stores
Last week I was at the Aberdeen branch and I had a voucher to spend which included: a sweet treat and a regular sized bubble tea.
I arrived and there was hardly any seating, I ordered a bubble tea yet there was hardly any stock to choose from. At least 50% if not more bubble tea/ tea/jelly was not in stock. I received my drink (it was delicious)minutes later and then I asked about my sweet treat I was informed that they didn’t have any stock, I therefore asked for credit on my account or money back. I was informed that I was upgraded to a large bubble tea and this is all they could do but when I looked at the prices it costs a lot less to upgrade than to get a sweet treat!!
This isn’t good enough I wrote to customer service about this issue,and I still haven’t received a response which unfortunately reflects the standard of service I received in store.

Bad app
App never loads always says I have no internet when I do.
Can’t get the reward QR code
I’ve been using the app but for some reason not been able to view the QR code. I’ve show it to the people at my local shop and they can figure it out either. I’ve missed out on so many rewards. CUPP FIX YOUR APP!

Best way to earn free boba
I absolutely love this place they vary of many different flavours, there is a new flavour or item on the menu every time I go. For example the boba ice cream, pumpkin latte and the summer special and this is a great way to earn some free boba. ❤️❤️

Don’t look at the other reviews as the app has been fixed. They offer you so many rewards like: once I went a month with out having to pay anything!

Doesn’t seem to be working? I open it and nothing happens.
Previous version was great, liked the interface, very intuitive easy to use.

Previous version was better
The previous version of the Cupp app would let you access your gifts/rewards and allow you to present a code for your account. This version doesn’t show the rewards that you have so I’ve lost my rewards. It is more complicated to navigate. Please fix this!
Log in problems
I been using this app for months and never had a problem until now!
The app is asking me to log in again and it say my account it does not exists!
I have been receiving all the promotion emails and had so many stamped cards, that now I can no use??
Please solve this issue!! As nobody want to loose their perks.

Not letting me sign up!
I’m trying to sign up but when I try to it’s saying that the phone number x thing is required when I put it in with the 0 and +44 too and still wasn’t working like CUPP FIX YOUR APP!

This app has a bug that you got a chance not to receive any points after ordering. And the cupp team didn't care to solve your problem.

There is no option for tapioca pearls.
They charge extra for no ice - which they do not at my local outlet

Great app but…
Firstly thank you for this app. It makes ordering bubble tea so quick and easy, the the 🧋is amazing! But my friend and I can’t checkout because both our apps are asking us to put in the card details that are already saved. Disappointing 😔
Using loyalty card
Only issue I’ve had was today I went to redeem my loyalty card, the app rejected my order and then took the points I had built up and received

DISGUSTING ! i’ve been waiting here for over an hour for my bubble tea ! they took my money from the app and nobody was even making it ! (the bubble tea was worth it tho)
Store selection is abysmal
Insisting I manually enter an address despite showing my location on a map is infuriating. It’s quite possible I don’t know the street name I’m stood at. I just enter whatever I can just to pick the same store every time. Perhaps a last store, last order history?
