Done a compliant regarding a hotel in gachibowli but the updates they are updating is fake and citizens doesnt know what action is taken against them.

What is the use of this app, it show no official is registered with this number. How come we will know GHMC officers number. If we really know we would have called them directly.

Is this login exclusively for GHMC officers or is it to register complains of the citizens..description says to resolve complaints of the citizens but when trying to login with the mobile numbers it throws error "no officer is registered with this number ", pls address
