The PDF never shows, even after repeated exists and entries. The teacher isn’t audible. I contacted the tech team. Nothing has happened, other than my studies being hampered. The one hour I spend on Curious Junior goes into the drain

App not working properly on iPad
I’m trying to login in to my iPad , but after entering my phone number I’m not receiving the Otp on my number , I have tried many times but still unable to login please look into this issue as soon as possible

I was really impressed by demo class, The teacher was also good the teaching techniques, summer camp and AI class goodies etc are very fantastic and talk about the class. there is so many fantastic features like polling batches, etc

Issues with the app
Facing a lot of issues with the app while logging in from ipad. Specially with the microphone when coming onstage. Voice gets completely distorted

App is not designed for iPad
This app is not functional in iPad, you can not use full screen mode efficiently as live chat section is not visible, when you try to chat screen automatically rotates to portrait (vertical) mode and what I am typing is not visible. Seems no one tested the app’s all functions in all devices for all OS. Very poor technical design, when there are live quiz then screen gets frozen.
Tried to reach mentor for this issue, reply was that check your network connection, I am using a 200mbps WiFi stable connection with UPS.

iPad support is not available
When I try to login in the iPad, i cannot get any OTP from this device. I always have to login in the website which is very irritating because when I try to login, it asks for the OTP every single time I open the curious junior web page. I have to get the OTP then enter it and then join the class. Then I realised that this app does not support my iPad. So please fix this issue immediately
