Glitchy app
This app only works for several hours before it glitches and then the user must delete and reinstall. Terrible app
Terrible for iOS
This app is great and we use it in our business but they have 0 support for iOS. Everyone on site has to use Chrome on a laptop or an android phone/tablet to use it. As managers who use iOS, I’d change my rating to 5 stars overnight if they provided the same capabilities for iPhone
I do not recommend , system has to many glitches not efficient
Customer service have declined , as of today no one can fix the issues I am having which are other patient text messages are coming through someone else’s name , and secondly as a provider I am unable to see the schedule from the app to see who confirmed . They were great in the beginning but has drastically gone down in customer service .
