Food good, but
The food is really good. Many healthy choices with delicious sauces. The app is horrible. You can order easily, but it’s next to impossible to actually use the reward points. The option is Gray out before you have a chance to say submit. They should just remove the loyalty program because all it’s doing is creating resentment. I stopped going there after the manager said there was nothing that he could do.

Good variety of food that is healthy and tasty. Ordering thru the app and not waiting is a bonus although the wait is never too long anyway.

More words should be added for this, as well as more ingredient options, even if it costs more for the customer. When you go into a store you can have as many toppings or dressings as you’d like, but online you don’t get the same experience

I’ve gotten good from here several times BUT today was a disaster! Someone else picked up my order… asked for buffalo and ranch… they ALWAYS put the dressings on the side… THIS person didn’t… needless to say my food was soggy and really hot! Then they almost forgot the chips I bought!! I’m a VERY unhappy customer… Curritos you have to make this right. I didn’t have cabbage blend that I asked for a barely any romaine… but it was ok because I had to take all of that off because it was SOGGY🤬🤬🤬

Incorrect order
We placed an order online, which we never do. The reason we placed it online as I had received a coupon and I could only do it with an online order. We placed an order for three Bangkok bowls, and a build your own with a side of quack and chips. when my husband picked up the order, there was no quack and chips so he had to ask for those. When we got home, we realized we had four Bangkok bowls.

Awful service. The place where time goes to die.
Customs treated with disdain. Yelled at. No manager anywhere. Told to WAIT AN HOUR. I will never be back until you make this right.
