The $20 plan will NOT increase your Grok Bot limits if you have SuperGrok Just wanted to give everyone a heads-up about some misinformation from customer support. I contacted them to ask if subscribing to the $20/month tier (Cursor Pro) would increase my limit for Grok Bot. They told me yes, but that is completely incorrect. If you already have a SuperGrok subscription, buying the $20 tier does absolutely nothing to boost your usage pool. Don't waste your cash buying a second plan thinking you'll get more limits.

Voice to text feature unusable & recent agents unfindable
Been using this app since it was released, the past 2 weeks they have nuked the voice to text feature making this app relatively useless for long prompts and using on the go. I would love to rip it from the gym but it seems like the studio has dropped all care for quality in pursuit of grok bot. Finding recent agents is also impossible as hell they will get buried under recent chats or false needs attention agents, I can almost never easily find an agent i just chatted with unless i pin them after heavy use of the app.

Refund policy
I am extremely disappointed with the renewal policy. I purchased a yearly subscription to try the service, but after just four days, I decided it wasn't for me and requested a cancellation. They refused to refund my money, claiming that because I had used the service during those four days, I was no longer eligible for a refund. Paying for an entire year when I only used it for four days is completely unreasonable. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
