Healthy way to make weight
Been using this app for my boys 14 and 13 years old for 10 months . Switching between bulk pro and CUTPRO . There Lean muscle mass has increased and body fat has decreased significantly. Best plan to support my kids as they grow in the sport . My boys don’t starve to make weight but you need to be dedicated to the plan . So It’s worked for us !
