Never Stays Linked
The option to link to other banks or even other accounts within the same bank are great, if it worked. I have to reset it 3-4 times a week-super annoying and inconvenient!
This App & The Bank Is TRASH!
I’m soooo ANNOYED! I wish I could give negative stars! After finding out I had downloaded the regular/consumer app (cause no one informed me there was more than one app) I’ve downed this app weeks ago. Having to go into a branch (which there are NO branch near me) to get help from a team member with getting everything registered/logged in. I JUST logged in via THE BUSINESS app a few days ago, ONLY to go to login today & it tells me my credentials are wrong (I have my information written down, so), I KNOW my information! Then after having to be on hold to be able to speak to someone for a minimum of 30 mins(just in waiting time), cause they don’t have ppl who answers the phones like normal banks (when I’ve gone into the branch & tellers are just standing around looking slow, no customers in the branch). Then they offer to text you to be able to speak to someone & don’t have same day appointments available!?! THEN, while at the branch weeks ago, the team member & I both were standing there when I DELETED the consumer app & download the business app! ONLY for SOMEHOW today notice that the business app had been removed from the screen & the consumer app back on here. NOBODY messes with my iPad except ME. So help me understand HOW that happened! Then the smart mouth winch I spoke with on the phone tells me they can’t even find my info for the business app, but see my info on the other one. I DON’T EVEN HAVE A REGULAR ACCOUNT THERE, ONLY A BUSINESS ACCOUNT!?!? I chose this bank cause they don’t charge fees for nonprofits, like most others do. When I went to open the account I had 2 RED FLAGS/warnings that I ignored, it thinking, “oh, maybe those are isolated incidents”! Well let’s just say, I’m looking for another bank, cause I don’t operate in disfunction, chaos, unaccountability, unprofessionalism, ETC.!
