very disappointed
I don’t feel like my money and account are safe when I can’t speak with a live person during the day about my concerns. Finance issues are often urgent matter. you have to make an appointment. And you are never called back. Thinking about changing my financial institution after 40 yrs!!

Can’t transfer money to my other account. The other account not even showing anymore. Where is the add external account option????????
CUTXMOBILE app stopped working on my iPad
For a few weeks I have not been able to load the CUTXMOBILE app on my iPad. I have an iPad Pro (10.5-inch) with 17.7.11 OS. The CUTXMOBILE app worked great for years on this device, and it still works fine on my android device. I reinstalled multiple times; problem persists.

Life happens outside of business hours
No access to CUTX outside of business hours. Need to lock card due to fraud - App not letting us, website won’t let us and all numbers say to contact them during business hours.

After being a loyal member of this bank for over 36 years, I am deeply disappointed by the poor customer service I have experienced in the past two years. My niece, who also has an account, was scammed out of $5,000 in 2024, and she was informed that there was nothing the bank could do to assist her. I always believed that there were limits on the amount of money one could withdraw from an ATM, yet she was instructed by a man to drive to the bank with the assistance of a pregnant woman that was with them not once, but twice, to withdraw $2,500 each time, totaling $5,000 she had just graduated and had plans for College she had worked to money to help her attend College,this situation has left me and her confused and frustrated. At the time, I was dealing with mental health issues and under a doctor's care, which prevented me from being able to support her in addressing this alarming situation.

Bad programming
App does not work correctly. My iPad is up to date, yet the program want 3 higher versions. I guess they do not understand back ward compatibility. Even tho I am up to date.

Not only did it require that I update my phone that I can’t afford to replace, requiring so much work it wasn’t funny, but once my phone updated the app still won’t open!

I hate the customer service and I don’t like that they call and bug you right after you get home without opening another account like leave me alone. I’m about to pull my stuff from the bank.

I very displeased with this app when they updates to this account it affects how I can navigate this somethings disappears like one of features on dashboard, then there one instance I tried to access money it wouldn’t let me very frustrated with this app needs be more user friendly
