Couldn’t log in so they deleted my account
After resetting my password, I got an error message saying my account was locked and to call for assistance. When I called, they deleted my account. I still have money in there. What happens to it now?

If I could rate no stars I would. Been locked out of my account. Called customer service and they gave me the runaround and still have not fixed the problem. Needless to say I will not be recommending them to anyone. And will be changing banks. Thanks for nothing Community wide.

Can’t get in, or call the bank
Successfully reset my account password with two step verification. But if I actually log in, it says locked, call the bank. So I call the bank. Bank is closed. Understandable, it’s a holiday. But now I can’t get in. I think the two step verification is fine? I don’t know why I also need to call you.
Update: I called back on a weekday and it just says call failed. I cannot get into my account.

This app helps me to manage my account and is user friendly. When I did have an issue, just a simple phone call to the bank resolved it answering my question.

The application is very useful tool and convenient but the original app had better optimization with a more friendly user interface
App won’t reset
I’m not sure how but both my savings and checkings are hidden and the app won’t let me reset it to how it was. Beyond frustrated 3rd time trying to re do it.
Auto-pay function for loan payment is awful
I have three different consumer banking accounts and apps- (USAA, IMCU and Comwide) and this is by far the worst user interface and setup function. To complete a simple set and forget ACH loan payment is not straightforward or intuitive- but instead convoluted and challenging. I had to call to ask and confirm with the bank if an auto-pay was enabled and going to function.
The app should show “next auto pay on xxxxx date” or some “autopay enrolled” notice- but alas that is not there so you do t receive a status.
Similarly the monthly statement doesn’t show “enrolled in auto-pay” or any other notice- just the prior month activity and next month amount due.

Bugs found...
1. When I try and use the location option, the app will close.
2. When I am using the dark mode option on my phone, the app can be difficult to read.
3. I can’t see the time, battery level, etc. on the top of the screen because it’s all white.

Dark mode feature
App is fine. But when my phone is in dark mode the apps colors get all messed up and i can’t read any of the text

Every time I try logging in the app asks me to change my password. Just a repeated cycle. Good when it actually works

I tried to make a check deposit at your atm after hours. Your atm didn’t take deposits!?! What kind of financial institution has ATMs that don’t accept check deposits?
