About
Protect your kid's iPhone with an on-device-first setup, then add DNS only if your family wants broader network coverage.
ON-DEVICE PROTECTION YOU CONTROL
After you sign in and add a child, register the iPhone you are holding. CyberDaddy asks for Apple's Screen Time access, lets the parent choose the exact apps, categories, or websites to restrict, and applies those restrictions only after the parent explicitly turns them on. Saving a selection alone does not block anything.
* Choose apps, categories, or websites for this iPhone
* Turn the selected restrictions on or off without changing optional DNS
* Keep each registered iPhone's protection status separate
* Use a device-local parent PIN to open management inside CyberDaddy
On-device controls are device-owner-managed. Removing CyberDaddy or changing its Screen Time access can disable them.
STATUS THAT NAMES THE SOURCE
CyberDaddy does not treat permission alone as protection. A child is marked Protected only when a non-empty on-device rule is active on the relevant registered iPhone, verified DNS protection is active, or both. Partial, stale, and incomplete device setups are called out for a parent review.
SAFARI CONTENT BLOCKER
The bundled content blocker works without an account after you enable it once in Settings. It filters supported adult, tracker, and known-malicious rules directly in Safari. It is separate from Screen Time and optional DNS.
OPTIONAL DNS COVERAGE
If you already have a supported third-party DNS provider account, you can connect it for another layer of filtering and manage per-child categories such as adult content, gambling, social media, gaming, streaming, ads and trackers, malware and phishing, Safe Search, and YouTube Restricted Mode.
The provider account is yours and is billed by that provider, not by CyberDaddy. Buying CyberDaddy Pro does not create, upgrade, or bill a provider account. DNS is not required for on-device Screen Time restrictions or Safari filtering.
PRIVACY WITH CLEAR BOUNDARIES
Screen Time selections stay on the iPhone. CyberDaddy syncs source-aware protection status, selected-target counts, and on-device setup or status-event summaries; it does not receive the websites visited through on-device filtering.
If you connect DNS, that provider resolves the DNS requests and holds its logs under its own terms. CyberDaddy reads provider activity when you ask to view it in Analytics and does not retain your family's DNS query logs.
CYBERDADDY PRO
Child setup, on-device restrictions, and Safari filtering work without a CyberDaddy purchase. CyberDaddy Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription that adds live family analytics and recent activity from available protection sources. Monthly and annual plans are offered through Apple In-App Purchase. Eligible new subscribers may see a two-week free trial; StoreKit shows eligibility and localized pricing before purchase. Restore Purchases is available in the app.
VETERAN-OWNED
CyberDaddy is built by one dad, not a growth team. If something is broken, you can reach a human.

What's New in CyberDaddy
1.0.2
September 24, 2026
On-device protection now comes first: choose apps, categories, or websites, turn those restrictions on for that iPhone, then optionally add DNS for broader coverage. Child and device badges now identify on-device, DNS, or combined protection and flag partial or stale setups for review. Analytics combines verified DNS activity with on-device setup and protection-status signals from available sources. Setup guidance and protection in Safari remain available.
