Pleasantly surprised at the clean & uncluttered design, and how quick the app works.
Pretty bad overall
Opened an account it was fine, put tiny bit of money in (thankfully), they sent an id verification, it didn’t have my nationality, called and asked for help, they sent thesame link, didn’t work, decided to withdraw the little I put and go somewhere else to build my savings, withdrew everything to my nominated account (haven’t received it yet) and I then got an email that my account has closed lol, tried accessing it but didn’t work. Maybe I’ll receive my money later thankfully it’s like £6 so nothing to cry over but for now idk. All very sketchy and horrible. Don’t even bother just go somewhere else.

They did it again!
Another update and now the app doesn’t work at all. Keep telling you to update at the App Store but the App Store just wants you to open. I just want to open my online bank account so I can check my figures. Is that too much to ask for! Please for the love of god fix this!
Not a great app
This is by far the worst banking app I have ever used. It is so difficult to log in. I’ve recently tried to update the app after inserting my correct details but I can’t log in as they say wrong details inserted.
Very poor
I’ve been with Cynergy bank for about 4 years when I joined the previous app was much better than the current version I could do many more tasks then than now
Awful app
This app is very very poor every time it gets an update having registered offloaded it registered again got blocked out had to make several calls to redo again several times reset and register - it’s updated again and starts from scratch again. Blank screens and The useless ‘welcome’ screen.

So the banks IT dept are not good enough.
If you run a bank with an APP get it working correctly before launching it - you will fail otherwise - people want stability not this nonsense
