Very Useful tool

Keep track of your sun exposure and log your vitamin D production. It’s easy and useful. Seems accurate in that my blood test line up with what the app predicts.

Sun Lover

I’m a practitioner. I recommended to all my clients, super helpful to know how much you’re getting and when to get out of the sun! So you do not burn …Thank you for your app!

Great to barely ok

Not sure why developers have a knack for ruining apps that actually work…but now they’ve done it to this one too. Update Sucks!

Is Ok, but has lots of issues

This app can help you get started and give you general ideas about tracking your vitamin D exposure, but it does come without a lot of issues. I often find that it will miscalculate the IU’s based on my time. I just verify the correct exposure total by a calculator. It often will adjust my end time and I have to go back in and edit it. It seems very glitchy ; for example, my IU exposure might be 89IU’s per minute. After 30 minutes, I should be somewhere around 2.6K. But the app will tell me I have 15IU’s of vitamin D. So in a nutshell, you’re gonna get a basic idea, but you’re definitely not not going to be tracking anything in depth.

Opens to a black screen

This app used to work flawlessly and then many months ago just stopped working because when you open it all you see is a black screen. The latest update claims to fix this - it does not. How all of the recent updates got past QA is beyond me.

Black Screen

This app used to be good but now all I get is a black screen when I open the app, on my iPhone 15 Pro with the latest iOS 26. It used to work on this phone.
You used to get a brief glimpse of the correct app page, but since the latest update you don’t even get that anymore. This latest update has not fixed the problem.
When is this going to be fixed properly.

I want to give 5 starts but

I want to give 5 starts but I think the app is fine tuning its new update. It is EPIC. I loved this app before and now it is infinitely better. The free version is all you need - excellent app.

Used to be 5 stars

I loved the previous version of this app. It worked perfectly tracking my sun sessions and I would have rated it 5 stars. There are now so many bugs. Today it tracked 1 minute of my entire session. It also tells me after 7 minutes or so that my sun session is over when the old version used to say I had 20 minutes per side during the same time of day. It’s completely unusable at this point.

still broken

App still shows 0 IU for exposure after session if you have your phone screen locked. Please bring back the old version from years ago and call it dminder classic or something

Loved the old version

I appreciate this is a free app and helpful to track sun. The old version was simpler to use and the new one has SO many bugs. It constantly changes my session times to hardly anything, and it won’t let me edit the start time to fix it (changing just the ending affects the uv index sometimes). Past sessions mysteriously deleted. If no bugs and easy to edit, would be perfect!

Used to be perfect

Used to be a perfect app… then they decided to change everything. Now it’s cumbersome to use. Can’t easily do a sun session or add supplement doses like before.

Help

Couldn’t connect to any support. My active tracking is always saying zero (for about a week). Then I get an error when I end it and have to input manually as a previous session. I’ve loved this app and used it for years. Never had any issues.

Help! When I open the app all I see is a black screen.

I have had the app a long time and really miss using it. Where I live is problematic so I really need this app. Please help restore my functionality; I really enjoy this app!

So many glitches

Was wrapping up a session. Clicked finish session and it saved only 3 minutes of the 28 minutes I had recorded. Soooo many glitches still

Best ever app

I’ve been using this for years for myself and my children. We are a healthy colour and have the vitamins we need for our eyes, skin, and mood, absorbed naturally, without getting burnt

Excellent App

So thankful black screen has been fixed & app is better than ever.
For those with black screen I had to fully delete the App from my phone & reload to resolve.

Dead app

Loved this app but recent update makes my app go black. Now I can’t use it. No matter how many times I close out it won’t open without a black screen.

Please fix this. I want to use the app and then I can change review to 5 stars cause I liked it a lot.

Not as good as before

This year they have done a lot of changes to the UI that make it generally less user-friendly and confusing.

Black screen

I’ve had this problem for weeks now

Glad to see I can finally open the Ap

So far so good…

Bit scared to do updates!

I can’t see. Spot to add a good dose with the new update?? Lamp, supplement and sun yes…
Ok- I found “food dose” .. it’s buried under history- not on front page like it used to be… also… when you type in a food - it’s all manual, there’s no search feature like in the old Ap- and even if I choose from common food list (eg egg YOLK).. I can only select one egg yolk.. hard to see how to make it multiple., except for manually guessing the IU dose,

Also uv lamps/beds are illegal in Australia… probs best not to promote that option…
