طلبت هديه ووصلت حق الطرف ٣ غلط تلوع الجبد وتفشل ولما رفعت شكوى طلبو يستلمونها من الشخص الي مسلمتها ومبطلها وخالص طبعا 😂 عشان يعوضوني ! نصيحه لاتطلبون وتحطون توصيل انا عن نفسي مستحيل اثق فيهم فشلوني

لو في اقل من نجمه عطيتهم اسوء خدمة عملاء تعاملت معاهم في حياتي اولا الرقم اللي حاطينه مغلق ثانيا المحادثات الفورية اكتب سؤال ويكتب لي ان الانتظار بعدساعتين يردون علي واذا طلعت ودخلت يزيدون الوقت واذا ردوا على السؤال وجاوبت يكتب لي فوق انتظري ٤٥ دقيقه للرد واذا طلعت ودخلت يعطيني ساعتين انتظار مو منطقي انتظر بالتطبيق ساعتين عشان تردون بكلمه وبعدها انتظر ساعتين ثانيه وثالثا طلبت هديه وحطيت بيانات المرسل وماجاني اي ابديت على الطلبيه وعدا يوم التسليم ولا جاني اي إشعار ب انها وصلت او تواصلوا مع المرسل الصراحه اول مرا واخر مرا اطلب منهم اسوء تطبيق جربته بحياتي

I Hate dabbdoob. I absolutely LOVE Lego so I bought a white and purple buggati and it doesn’t show that it says LUCK BRICK LUCK BRICK????? I am 8 and I was heartbroken and I burst into tears. I’m now officially traumatized. STAY AWAY from these horrible knock offs my mom and dad tried to their best to help me and they were successful thankfully. Sincerely Saad

تطبيق غير موثوق، يتم تأخير الطلبات بطريقة غير منطقية تم احراجي ولن اكرر التجربة اضافة الى الاسعار المبالغة التي كنت قد اتغاضى عنها لو كان هناك التزام بمواعيد التوصيل، تجربة مخزية ومؤسفه ولن تتكرر

I was at the warehouse and was told orders deliverey through app only, I asked how long to deliver anemployee answered 2 hours, made the order then and apparently there is no fixed time for delivery.
