DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered a magazine from this company back in mid February and I have not received my order. I contacted the company back in March, and all they gave me was a $50 gift card that I can use on their app. From there, I used that gift card to order something else and that hasn’t arrived either. Good to say I probably got scammed.

Never recieved order
I ordered 2 magazines on Feb 20 and paid for expedited shipping, yet I still have not received my order… I followed up with the company about it a couple of weeks after I ordered and they assured me they were working on it and were going to prioritize my order.. it’s now March 22 and the tracking codes they sent me still say they have not shipped.. plz don’t order from here

Find somewhere else
The problem with this is that they take waaaay too long to ship/receive orders. Many ppl already posted their reviews about not getting theirs but they will. Why/when?
The company ships out their orders by seasons. Your order will will take 6months if you’re lucky to get it within that time or it may take 8months. They do a poor job advertising this part. After my third or second time ordering I finally decided to look it up and that’s what I found.
I’m not buying from this company again and I’m sick of them sending forced push notifications after turning all the nonimportant notifications off. all I needed notification for was for my order that’s it don’t care about anything else considering how long it takes to get my parcel why would I order something else???
At one point I thought I would missed my order because I decided to move and almost forgot about the parcel. That’s how long it took

Scam!! Please avoid!!
They delay items sent and mine ended up arriving damaged! Customer support team is a joke, and they lied saying items can’t be returned outside the US even though their online policy doesn’t say so!! Please avoid this company at all cost!!

Never received my order
I ordered the SKZ X Nacific hand cream bundle and never received it. I’ve emailed them multiple times with responses that seemed helpful but still nothing happened. I’ve placed the order on May 27th, like I shouldn’t be waiting this long.
This app is so expansive and worthy!
I’m in love with Korean culture I love K-pop and kdramas I love the atmosphere of South Korea and Daebak just enahances my ability to go back to South Korea while laying in my bed. There are so many good products that are from collections, there’s cute little plushies, there’s albums, I love it. The only thing I d a lot of the items are out of stock and it can be really hard to get some items. Other than that I love Daebak!!

These people don’t send you what you order. They pretend they have old albums in stock, don’t tell you about the 30-365 day shipping period, keeping your money hostage and when they finally let you get a refund they skim 10% off of what you paid. Scammers. Avoid this company at all costs.

disappointed in my order
i order a txt magazine for 5.99, i paid and got a stray kids one. i tried to chat with them but no response. i also just bought another one that i paid a higher price for.

I was able to get the cutest K-pop/ K-drama items from Daebak Box! The app is super easy to use and navigate on and I was able to always purchase my products with no problem!

You won’t regret it
I only buy my official merchandise from Daebak since April of 2020. It’s one of the only things that has brought me joy during this difficult time. The subscription boxes are always filled with amazing products. I highly recommend them! They’re super sweet and even the community is awesome
