HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Terrible customer service and an extremely disappointing return policy. They made it nearly impossible to return my order, claiming it had to be sent back within just 7 days of receiving the package. On top of that, they stated that refunds are only available if the brand made an error, leaving customers with virtually no protection.
When I reached out to customer service to explain my situation, I received nothing more than a short, dismissive response that didn't address my concerns at all. It felt like they weren't interested in helping or even acknowledging the issue. Based on this experience, I would not recommend buying from this company. I was not informed that the cuffs on the hoodie would be so tight on my wrists I was surprised because I am 5’5 and 40 KG.

never again
my order never came, and customer service isnt all that great either, i had to practically beg for a refund, and i still havent received the refund they promised me, its been 16 days. guys dont buy from them especially if you're overseas!
Cool App for Clothes
They have a lot of deals and high quality clothing. I bought like 8 pieces of clothing and they arrived in about a week and a half which is pretty fast since they’re overseas. Please give me some coupons ty.
Great clothing site!
I get most of my clothes from here, they have good deals and a lot of the clothes are 100% cotton and good quality! They have many Korean brands that I see online, they have very fast and kind customer service too! The taxes and duties aren’t that bad considering the quality of clothing you can get. They are very reliable. Highly recommend! ^^
