Maximal wenige trainings trotz voll version und absolut basic und lieblos gemacht. Da lohnt es sich 1000x mehr nach YouTube videos zu schauen... bin sehr enttäuscht und verstehe nicht wie die app von anderen so gut bewertet wurde.

Занимаюсь почти год. Мне нравится это приложение. Ставила другие, но пока возвращаюсь к этому. Я не слишком спортивная изначально, да и вес лишний есть. Первая программа тренировок как раз для таких, как я. Вторая уже сложнее ))
