Lacks functionality -Can’t search specific airports
I STILL cannot put in a specific airport and only get results for that airport. Airport codes are irrelevant as I still receive results for every airport within a wide area. A simple fix that hasn’t been addressed.
Search tools don’t work
Downloaded the app, logged in and I’m a pro user just to find out none of the search options work. Can’t search for flights. Can’t search for hotels. Can’t even put in card info. I just get a little spinning circle.

Just links to google flights
I’ve had this app for two years and did not find one useable deal within a reasonable timeframe. It was always within 1-2 months and most people cannot take the time to pack their bags within that time frame.
In addition, I’m not sure why anyone isn’t pointing out that this app just links you directly to google flights, which is free. The pro subscription is not worth the money.

Unable to open an account
Application may be awesome but I was unable to make an account and open the app.
Can’t Sign up?
Not a very user-friendly app. I downloaded it, and all you see is a login screen with no option to register for an account. 🤔
Lacks functionality
If I put in a specific airport it shows every airport within the vicinity. What is the point in asking for the specific airport?
Saves time
Updated review: the app is buggy. A bit of QA before release would find these minor annoyances. For instance, on mobile, the <back to dashboard> is buried, as if I am on a desktop. Errr. Frustrating. Such an easy thing to locate and correct in beta. These little bugs keep me off the app.
I mostly really on the emails because the alerts are useful.

I usually do this myself, I add Google Alerts for the flights I am looking for and then become inundated with emails and alerts.
FareDrop has smartly rolled these up into a single email, with options for either side of your time frame. I have not yet booked travel from a provided link- I will be though! I am keeping my eyes open for travel options to Egypt and Estonia. Alphabetical globe trotting?
I love the option to see business class ‘spurge’ trips. Honestly, if I was tied to a 9-5er I would have already been on several comfortable long haul flights - the prices they have provided, so good!
I recommend the small investment. It will save you that and more when it is time to find flights for your travel.

Back button
Please add back the back button if you click into an option. I hate going into a destination to look at dates then having to hit home and scroll through all over again
App is super buggy
The idea is great. Have used the deals plenty of times but the new app just has so much going on and I get error codes all the time. Notifications that I can’t seem to clear and I have to keep logging in.
Clunky
I want to love this app, but find it often to be frustrating. You can receive notifications of great flight deals, but frequently have to log back in. Or receive error messages when going to access flight deals.
Makes me re-login every time, and it won’t save my information.
The new update makes it so I cannot see all deals associated with locations. For instance, I have my preferences set to show four different home airports. There is a deal to Helsinki, it says I have three airports that have deals, but it only shows me a single one and I can no longer switch between airports to compare deals. The previous version was much much much more user friendly.

Like with a caveat
I keep getting error messages and doesn’t keep me signed in. Didn’t have this problem with the old app. And black background much worse than previous white background.
Great concept, terrible execution
I purchased a membership looking for a miles & points search engine. This one is slow and inefficient, unless you are booking one ways for one specific date. This app needs the ability to search round trips, multiple dates, and different cities. As it is now, you have to repeatedly check different cities and different dates. When I fly to Europe, often I don’t care to which city I arrive and typically I have a range of dates. With this app, I have to search each city and date one at a time. Very time consuming. Easier to search each airline rather than use this app. No ability to search round trips is also a big miss, especially on Delta, where you typically pay much more than buying two separate one ways. C’mon Nate, you’re a bright guy, please fix this garbage. Like I said, great concept, awful execution.

Prefer the old one better, constantly signed out and getting errors
Old app kept me signed in. This one keeps signing me out and is throwing error messages at the top of the screen.
Still very clunky to use. Maybe later…
The app is still very clunky in regards to the fact that when it searches some results, don’t even pop up. Only airlines programs are in the rewards points section. there is still a lot of work to be done to the app as well as the mobile site because I’ve noticed the mobile site also has issues when clicking in a window to type in search, it would click on the dates or something totally random.

I downloaded the app, and the first page I come to says login, but there's no way to create an account so I can't login because it won't let me!!!
Great App, Missing Airports
I think this is a brilliant idea and seems to work. My only problem is there seems to be airports missing. Say for instance Central America, Managua. The app needs more time to fully capture world wide travel.

After getting the Pro, the app crashed
Loved the app, has everything I needed. Notifications on greats deals were on point. Upgraded to the pro now I cannot log on. I don’t check my email all the time so I am missing a lot. Hope they fix it soon
