Could be great
This is conceptually a great app, but I have been unable to get it to sync with my Google Calendar (which is a primary reason I have the app)
There is no support email I can find and no one will respond via the emails I get from marketing.
Would have loved to love this but the support feature is lacking. Stick with Cozi planner

Very frustrating
This app has deleted inputs I have made multiple times. From calendar entries to “brain dump” lists, I have repeatedly lost info. I had to stop using it because I couldn’t rely on it to keep what I was taking to time to organize. I have reached out about these issues and asked for a refund. No reply. I would recommend using a different app for time management. Bummed it couldn’t work.

Great app, love the layout
Great app! The layout is exactly what I’ve been looking for. However, it’s a bit clunky
Total Scam
I downloaded this and did the yearly subscription so I could get the free trial. Now I’m stuck with it and really do not love the app. It’s just not great for me. I’ve tried reaching out with no luck of getting it cancelled and when I look up ways to cancel, it just says you have to reach out to the designated third party, but there’s no where saying where that is specifically.

Awful
I used this app for over a year and really liked it; very intuitive and easy to use. I kept extensive notes in the “brain dump.” Then it crashed. I feel foolish for saving so many important notes both for work and home, including records for my children. There seems no real way to retrieve all the lost data - notes I kept for a very long time and now I regret using this at all. I tried contacting support and never received a response.

Great app
I love this app, and even upgraded to paid. I love that it syncs from my calendar. It makes it a nice app to go to for all my planning and tracking. I love getting to check things off as done. The support is great as well. They replied quickly and resolved my question.
Great productivity app
I am so thankful for this app. I use this every day. It has become my lifeline. I have it at the bottom of my Apple phone along with my texting app and music just to emphasize how useful this app is to me. I am very thankful for the price, it is comparable to a price of a good paper planner but it is better because I have it with me in my pocket. It feels like I have a personal assistant. I use it mainly to stay on top of my daily to dos.
I am a homeschooling mom of 4 boys so my home is in the business of raising really good men. With homeschooling you choose to be responsible for all aspects of your child’s education, which entails a LOT. This app helps me to write out upcoming needs check off daily dos that is facilitating accomplishing those needs.
I love that the app is constantly reminding me to take care of myself because let’s face it when mom fizzles out the whole thing collapses.
Recently the app wasn’t loading up, I nearly panicked because I really need this app. Thankfully I reached out to Mamma Miya and they fixed the problem right away.

The app I didn’t know I needed
We all like to believe that using the Notes app is a flawless system—until we find ourselves scrolling through a chaotic mess of half-written grocery lists and cryptic reminders like ‘pick up thing’ at 2 AM. I must admit, I was initially skeptical about whether Mammamiya could truly improve upon what I believed was my perfect system (even though, in reality, it was anything but)
As a freelancer juggling multiple clients, I thought I had things under control—until I started waking up in the middle of the night, my mind racing with all the different to-do lists swirling in my head.
Then, one night at 3 AM, a notification from Mamma-miya popped up: “Would you like to try a brain dump?” I figured, why not? The idea was so simple—just write everything down, and worry about organizing it later. The moment I did, I felt an instant sense of relief and, more importantly, I fell asleep.
The next morning, I opened the app and was pleasantly surprised. Not only had I unloaded my thoughts, but now I could assign tasks to my day or delegate them entirely, getting them off my plate. It was such a small shift, yet it made a world of difference in how I tackled my responsibilities.
As I continued using the app, I discovered a variety of clever features I hadn’t even realized I needed. One standout feature is the ability to assign a “hat” to each task. As a mom, this has been a game-changer. One of the biggest reasons I felt overwhelmed was that I was juggling so many different roles—some related to running the household, others to my kids, work, and a dozen other responsibilities. Mamma-miya’s “hat” system helped me visually compartmentalize my tasks, making it clear where my time was going and why I constantly felt pulled in different directions.
Being able to structure my day around specific “hats” meant I could focus on one area at a time instead of constantly switching between unrelated tasks. This dramatically reduced context-switching, which I now realize was draining my energy and making me less efficient.
Another feature that has been incredibly useful is the ability to organize tasks by the time of day. It sounds simple, but seeing everything mapped out in one place allows me to move things around easily, ensuring I’m not overloaded at any particular time.
I’m not usually one to write reviews, but in this case, I feel compelled to. Mamma-miya has completely changed the way I manage my day-to-day life. It’s more than just a task manager—it’s a system that truly understands the mental load moms carry and helps lighten it. From the intuitive brain dump feature to structured task organization and smart delegation tools, this app has given me back a sense of control.
If you’re a busy mom juggling a million things at once, Mammamiya might just be the app you never knew you needed.

Hoping you’ll see this! Bug?
Love the app. I use brain dump to keep track of my meal planning and prep work. Sadly the app froze and I tried to both restart the phone and delete and redownload the app. Redownload logged me out and now I can’t log back in. Can’t even do a password recovery it’s so frozen and stuck. Downside is mom brain means I have no idea what meals are planned or shopping lists or anything now!! Helppppp

How is this not more popular?!
I love the way things are broken down into 4 segments. Like if my first quarter of the day hasn’t gone well I can take a breath and reset for the next quarter, vs saying “ugh! The whole day is ruined!”
The gratitude journal is great. The brain dump is so helpful! I love the hats. It helps me to prioritize my tasks and see how much I’m doing for others and make sure I’m doing some things for me.
The lay out is very nice. And having templates to get you started is also so helpful!
I think the app integrates many very useful things for moms. So many great aspects!
I honestly don’t know why this app isn’t more popular. I’m telling all my mom friends about it!

Liking it so far
So far so good. One recommendation would be an option for voice notes in the brain dump section.
Has some really great aspects
I download this app because of a recommendation, and there are some aspects of it that are really great idea. It has some bugs in it that prevent it from making it my “go to“ organizing app. My life is so hectic because I’m a model, mama five, Cohler, homesteader, and I am active in local civics, so I need the app to work, sometimes it crashes in the middle of a brain dump or when I’m trying to rearrange some things in the to do list, etc. I also wish that it had the functionality to operate on my lock screen – whether it’s a timer running for my routines, or being able to pull up to my to do list.

Glitchy
This app does not sync well with calendars. I had to sync multiple times. When it did sync, it would list the same event multiple times. When I went to delete the event, it would not delete. Also, it does not pair well with the iPhone and iPad. I checked off a task on my phone yesterday, and today, it moved the task on my iPad to today, making me check it off again. Also, using the Apple Pencil to write on the brain dump is not easy. I wish I had not purchased this.

Does it include….
….a web-based version as well?
Doesn’t work
It doesn’t recognize that I am a gold subscriber and anytime I go to the more button my app shuts down.
no landscape view
Unfortunately this is a deal breaker for me as I use my ipad pro for everything. although the app does fill out the whole screen on the ipad, which is great, it is only in portrait view. I use a magic keyboard which only supports landscape. Is this something that you might consider implementing in the future?
Thank you.
Thank you.

So far okay
I would really enjoy if we were able to move our brain dump notes to our morning afternoon evening calendar/routine schedule. I don’t like things to just stay on my brain dump.
My dream planner app
This is everything I was trying to come up with myself using a ton of tools and feeling all over the place for it. They thought of everything, it’s like a second mom brain that you don’t have to be an expert on Notion to utilize. Get it.
Bug to report
This app is amazing, tried to ask about this via contact us chat but that had a glitch and did not send. The latest update makes it so I am unable to check off routines after the time do day has passed which is not helpful for keeping up with streaks as I’m not religiously checking off things right as I do them throughout the day. I check in periodically to update the app on my progress because I’m busy doing those things. I’m hoping this is a bug.

Waiting for it to work
I’m excited and hopeful this app will help me. However, I cannot get it to sync between my iPad and iPhone. When I tap on “enable multi-device sync” I am prompted to log in. So, I log in, go back to do it again, and im asked to log in again and it’s an endless loop with no enabling of the syncing. Useless without syncing for me. Tapped on both Help and Write to us and neither are working. I’d like to give the developers a chance to help me before I abandon this…
