Glitchy, kept getting errors
This app kept giving me error messages whenever I tried to add food to my cart. It also asked if I wanted to pay with Apple Pay, but then kept giving me errors so I couldn’t place the order. Very disappointing.
Broken check out flow
Can’t count how often I’ve been through the whole multi click checkout flow, went to Daily Provisions, then realized there was an nth are you super-duper-triple-double-extra-maxi sure step I didn’t click on. If you don’t want to order food from Daily Provisions, this app works well enough, but so would not ordering the app in the first place.

Unclear if tips go to restaurant or the delivery person. I’d prefer to be able to tip delivery person. Thank you

Be prepared to wait….
App has some issues- frequently tells me to remove and readd items. The wait time is never correct- be ready to wait an additional 15-20 min on top of whatever lie of a time it gives. Your faulty app really puts your staff in a bad position to manage customers from something outside of their control.

Fickle
The app doesn’t save gift cards and the West Village location regularly shuts off online orders. You also can’t schedule an order ahead to avoid the online shut off at busy times.
Above and beyond delicious!
I stopped by to get a delicious grilled cheese and a delicious tomato soup today. Jahaira was very accommodating and she was giving perfect Customer service.
When I asked if I could have the grilled cheese extra crispy. No problem. The best lunch I’ve ever had at Brookfield Place! Looking forward to ordering more. If I could recommend having a selection of soups. That would be great.
I proceeded to order a salad niçoise for my husband’s dinner.
My experience was in one word, “marvelous!”
And in another word, “magnificent!”
As the title of this review says “above and beyond delicious !!”

Caveat emptor
If you place an “ASAP” order, it may place it for some random date and time in the future. By the time you realize on the order confirmation page, there’s no way I could find to cancel the order or contact customer service.
The app is not free
I had this app in a previous phone but was charged $10.86 to download it onto my new phone. Whats that about?? This app has always been free
Terrible app design
a very unthoughtful and terribly designed app for a food establishment. there’s no way to contact the store if you make a mistake (i.e., forget to set “pickup” to “delivery” because pickup is the default for some reason), and there’s no way to cancel or modify an order immediately after placing it. the only reason to use this app is for the reqards points.

Consistently good
Everything I have ordered so far has been so fresh and tasty. This place is the best
Missing items and no way to contact support team
The app doesn’t allow you to contact support about an order. It defaults to pickup instead of delivery, and on more than one occasion I ended up paying for orders I never picked up. When I tried to request delivery afterward, no assistance was provided. Missing items are also a frequent issue, and although they say refunds will be issued, that rarely—if ever—happens. There is also very limited ability to contact customer support at all.

Useless Service
Uses a third party service to deliver and then offered no help when it didn’t arrive for two hours, only a refund. Useless company.
Missing Rewards
Used to love the app for ease of use but now I’m unable to use rewards. It says add to cart to redeem but there are no rewards present in the cart even though I have 795 points with points expiring in 2 weeks. The rewards used to be available in the carousel but now it’s just- “you also may like” items. Whatever modifications were made in the past few months stink now that I can’t use rewards except for in store when I show a barcode.

DOESN’T WORK
Pushes back your delivery time again and again. It will never let you simply check out, because it always tells you that the delivery time it ASSIGNED YOU only a minute ago can no longer be met, and you have to choose to wait an hour. Useless app
Super Fresh & Delish
I love everything from DP but my favorites are the salads, the tuna sandwich, the everything croissant which is the best in NYC.
No way to handle order problems through the app?
There needs to be a better way to handle problems with an order, other than opening my banking app and doing a chargeback on the entire amount.

My Happy Place
The food here is excellent quality. If you order on the app and go pick up it saves you so much time. It’s always been ready. The food is excellent. The people are Fantastic.
