I loved Christian Hypnobirthing, and I just want to say THANK YOU Tara for creating an app that allows users to continue the benefits of Christ-centered hypnotherapy beyond the season of pregnancy and birth into everyday life! Every time I listen to one of these thoughtfully created tracks, it is like a little mental and spiritual reset. So grateful for this tool to help me relax and calm my body as I refocus my mind on Christ and Scripture.
